Fresh towels and bed linen are provided for every registered guest.

Guest Access

Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment throughout their stay, including the gallery-level sleeping area, living area, kitchenette, bathroom and workspace.

Self-check-in is available using a lockbox. The necessary access instructions and codes are provided before arrival.

The apartment is located on the first floor, and the building is equipped with an elevator.

Paid parking may be available on-site, and paid parking garages can also be found nearby. Parking is subject to availability and local charges.

Luggage storage may be possible for early arrivals or late departures, subject to prior arrangement and availability.

We are available every day and are happy to assist before and during your stay. Messages are answered as quickly as possible to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.

For urgent matters, we kindly ask guests to contact us by phone between 8:00 PM and 8:00 AM only in case of an emergency.

The apartment can accommodate a maximum of two registered guests.

• Check-out: Until 10:00 AM

Early check-in or late check-out may be possible only when availability allows and cannot be guaranteed in advance.

Please inform us of your expected arrival time before your stay.

Guest Registration

In accordance with Hungarian regulations, every guest must be registered. All guests are required to provide the necessary personal information and a valid identification document. The guest registration process is completed online before arrival.

Guests under the age of 18 may check in only when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Smoking

Smoking, vaping and the use of electronic cigarettes are strictly prohibited inside the apartment.

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Parties & Events

Parties and events are strictly prohibited.

Please respect our neighbors and observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

Starter Supplies

We provide a starter pack containing shampoo, toilet paper, hand wash and dishwashing liquid for washing dishes by hand.

Please note that the provided dishwashing liquid is not suitable for use in the dishwasher. Dishwasher tablets or dishwasher detergent are not included. If the starter supplies run out, guests must purchase any additional products required for the remainder of their stay.

Towels, Bed Linen & Cleaning

Fresh towels and bed linen are provided for every registered arriving guest.

Daily cleaning and daily replacement of towels or bed linen are not included.

For stays of seven nights or longer, additional cleaning with fresh bed linen may be requested for an extra fee. Additional towels or bed linen may also be arranged for an extra fee.

Special Requests

A travel cot and a high chair may be available upon advance request. Their availability must be confirmed before arrival.
