With convenient access to public transportation options nearby, you can easily reach all the attractions and restaurants. The apartment features one room that serves as both a bedroom and a living area. In the room, there is also a sofa from which you can comfortably watch TV. The small kitchenette area is equipped with a kettle, and toaster. In the bathroom, there is a shower. The entire property is for rent, for your use and your friends (family) only! We are available every day, around the clock! We always respond to your messages promptly, but please only call in case of emergencies between 8 PM and 8 AM. Independent access is provided! Parking: Parking is possible on the nearby streets, but it is subject to a fee. Parking garages are also available a few minutes' walk away. Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment; however, there is a designated smoking area outside the apartment. Pets: Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets. Parties and Events: Please refrain from organizing parties or events in the apartment. We respect our neighbors' peace and quiet. PARTIES AND EVENTS ARE STRICTLY FORBIDDEN!!!!
