Guest Access

Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment throughout their stay, ensuring complete privacy and comfort.

The building is equipped with an elevator, making access to the apartment more convenient.

Every arriving guest must complete the mandatory online guest registration before arrival using the details of a valid identification or travel document.

The apartment does not include a private parking space. Paid off-site parking and public parking facilities are available in the surrounding area.

Guest Registration

Completion of the mandatory online guest registration is required for every arriving guest before check-in. A valid identification or travel document is required for registration.

Smoking

Smoking, vaping, and the use of electronic cigarettes are strictly prohibited inside the apartment.

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Parties & Events

Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Please respect our neighbors and observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

Starter Pack

We provide a starter supply of shower gel, toilet paper, liquid hand soap, rubbish bags, and washing-up liquid for washing dishes by hand. Once these initial supplies have been used, guests are responsible for purchasing any additional products required during their stay.

Please note that dishwasher tablets are not included.

Fresh towels and bed linen are provided for every registered guest.

Additional cleaning and bed-linen changes can be arranged during the stay for an additional fee.
