Swimming Pool

Guests may use the building’s shared outdoor swimming pool.

The pool is:

• Available seasonally from June until September
• Open between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM

The swimming pool is not private. Its availability and opening hours are subject to the building’s regulations and may be affected by weather, maintenance or operational changes.

Guest Access

Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment throughout their stay, ensuring privacy and comfort.

• Free on-site parking
• The building’s shared common areas

The apartment is located on the ground floor and is arranged on one level. The building is also equipped with an elevator.

We are available every day and are happy to assist before and during your stay. Messages are answered as quickly as possible to help ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.

For urgent matters, we kindly ask guests to contact us by phone between 8:00 PM and 8:00 AM only in case of an emergency.

Balcsikuckó Apartman is located in Siófok in a waterfront setting beside Lake Balaton. The surroundings are well suited to a peaceful lakeside holiday, whether you are visiting as a couple, with family or with friends.

Siófok offers a variety of restaurants, cafés, shops and seasonal entertainment options. Please note that the apartment is advertised as being in a waterfront location, but private beach access is not included.

Guest Registration

In accordance with Hungarian regulations, every guest must be registered. All guests are required to provide the necessary personal information and a valid identification document for registration.

Smoking, vaping and the use of electronic cigarettes are strictly prohibited inside the apartment.

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Parties & Events

Parties, events and commercial photography or filming are not permitted.

Please respect the neighbors and observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

Swimming Pool

The shared outdoor swimming pool is available seasonally from June until September, between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM. Pool access is subject to the building’s current regulations and availability.

Starter Supplies

We provide a starter pack containing shampoo, toilet paper, hand wash and dishwashing liquid for washing dishes by hand.

Please note that the dishwashing liquid is not dishwasher detergent. Dishwasher tablets or detergent are not included. If these starter supplies run out, guests are responsible for purchasing additional products for the remainder of their stay.

Towels & Bed Linen

Fresh towels and bed linen are provided for every registered arriving guest.

Additional towels, bed linen or cleaning during the stay may be arranged for an extra fee, subject to availability.
