For urgent matters, we kindly ask guests to contact us by phone between 8:00 PM and 8:00 AM only in case of an emergency.

Guest Registration

In accordance with Hungarian regulations, every guest must be registered. All guests are required to provide the necessary personal information and a valid identification document. The guest registration process is completed online before arrival.

Swimming Pool

The swimming pool is shared with other residents and guests. Availability and opening times are subject to the condominium’s operating schedule, seasonal conditions and house rules.

Accessibility

Although the apartment is located on the ground floor and has no internal stairs, it is not advertised as wheelchair accessible.

Smoking

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. Smoking is permitted only in the designated outdoor area.

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Parties & Events

Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Please respect our neighbors and observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

Cleaning

Daily cleaning is not included. Additional cleaning may be arranged for an extra charge, subject to availability.

Starter Pack

We provide a starter pack containing shower gel, toilet paper, hand wash, waste bags and dishwashing liquid for washing dishes by hand. Dishwasher tablets or dishwasher detergent are not included. If these supplies run out, guests are responsible for purchasing any additional products required during their stay.
