The entire property is for rent, for your use and your friends (family) only!
We are available every day, around the clock! We always respond to your messages promptly, but please only call in case of emergencies between 8 PM and 8 AM.

Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house; however, there is a designated smoking area outside the apartment.
Pets: Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets.
Parties and Events: Please refrain from organizing parties or events in the apartment. We respect our neighbors' peace and quiet. PARTIES AND EVENTS ARE STRICTLY FORBIDDEN!!!!
Extras: If you have any special requests (e.g., a crib), please let us know in advance so that we can try to find a solution.
