Guests have access to an entire 32 m² apartment, which comfortably accommodates up to 4 people. The apartment features a private balcony, sauna, air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. Free parking is available on site, making it ideal for both short and long stays.

You can use the entire apartment, but please read and respect our house rules.

We are available every day, at all hours! We always respond quickly to your messages, but please only call between 8 p.m. and 8 a.m. in case of an emergency.

The apartment is located in a quiet part of Hévíz, close to the world-famous Lake Hévíz. Restaurants, cafes, shops and a pharmacy are easily accessible in the area. The area offers excellent opportunities for walking, cycling and wellness relaxation, and Keszthely and Lake Balaton are a few minutes' drive away.

The apartment is easily accessible by car, free parking is provided for guests. The bus station is reachable in a few minutes, Lake Hévíz and the city center are within a pleasant walk.

We strive to make your stay truly special, so here’s a brief list of what you can expect from us—and what you cannot:

We provide a first set of clean bed linen and towels based on the number of guests.

What we cannot provide is daily cleaning or fresh linens and towels every day.

For bookings of at least 7 days, you can request additional cleaning (with fresh linens), but this comes at an extra cost.

We supply a few rolls of toilet paper, garbage bags, and a small amount of shower gel (as a starter pack), but if these run out, you’ll need to purchase what you need at a local supermarket (just like at home).

The apartment has self-check-in access, and you’ll receive all the necessary codes on your arrival day.

Check-out: By 10:00 AM

Early check-in or late check-out can only be accommodated if there’s availability, but we cannot guarantee it in advance.
