Spacious and modern three-bedroom house in Zamárdi, ideal for families and groups of friends. The house features a bright living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and two bathrooms to ensure a comfortable stay. The house is spread over two floors, providing plenty of space for larger families or groups of friends. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms: two rooms each feature two single beds, while the third bedroom offers a comfortable double bed. One of the bathrooms is also located on this floor.

On the ground floor, you will find a spacious and bright open-plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen, creating the perfect space for shared meals and quality time together. The living room includes a sofa bed, providing additional sleeping accommodation. From here, you have direct access to the terrace and garden.

The well-maintained garden is the heart of outdoor living during the summer months. The private swimming pool offers a refreshing escape on warm days, while the covered terrace with a retractable awning provides shade and comfort throughout the day. A barbecue area is also available, making it easy to enjoy outdoor dining and relaxed evenings with family and friends. The peaceful surroundings and generous outdoor spaces create an ideal setting for relaxation and memorable holidays.

You can use the entire apartment, but please read and respect our house rules.

We are available every day, at all hours! We always respond quickly to your messages, but please only call between 8 p.m. and 8 a.m. in case of an emergency.

The apartment is located in a quiet, family-friendly area of Zamárdi, offering a peaceful atmosphere while remaining close to the town’s main attractions. The shores of Lake Balaton and Zamárdi’s famous free beach are within a short walking distance, featuring nearly 3 kilometers of well-maintained waterfront, spacious green areas, and shallow, child-friendly waters. The beach also offers beautiful views of the Tihany Peninsula.

One of the most popular sights in the area is the Kőhegy Lookout Tower, which provides one of the most spectacular panoramic views of Lake Balaton. On clear days, visitors can enjoy views of the Tihany Peninsula, Badacsony Hill, and the volcanic hills of the Balaton Uplands.

Nature lovers can explore the nearby Szamárkő (Donkey Rock) natural landmark and the charming vineyard cellars scattered across the hillsides. The famous Balaton Cycle Route is also easily accessible, making it a perfect base for discovering the southern shore of the lake by bike.

Zamárdi is an excellent starting point for exploring the wider Balaton region. The lively town of Siófok is just a short drive away, while regular ferry services from nearby Szántód provide easy access to the Tihany Peninsula and the attractions of the northern shore.

We provide a first set of clean bed linen and towels based on the number of guests.

What we cannot provide is daily cleaning or fresh linens and towels every day.

For bookings of at least 7 days, you can request additional cleaning (with fresh linens), but this comes at an extra cost.

We supply a few rolls of toilet paper, garbage bags, and a small amount of shower gel (as a starter pack), but if these run out, you’ll need to purchase what you need at a local supermarket (just like at home).

The apartment has self-check-in access, and you’ll receive all the necessary codes on your arrival day.

Early check-in or late check-out can only be accommodated if there’s availability, but we cannot guarantee it in advance.
