The Space

The house is arranged over two floors and provides comfortable indoor and outdoor areas for larger groups.

The sleeping arrangement accommodates a maximum of 8 guests: six guests in the three bedrooms and two guests on the sofa bed in the living room.

Guest Access

Guests have exclusive access to the entire house, private garden, terrace, barbecue area and private swimming pool throughout their stay.

The ground floor includes the open-plan living area, kitchen and access to the terrace and garden. The three bedrooms are located on the upper floor.

Independent self-check-in is available, and the necessary access information will be provided on the day of arrival.

The swimming pool is an outdoor facility. Its availability may depend on the season, weather conditions, maintenance and operating requirements.

We are available every day and happy to assist before and during your stay. Messages are answered as quickly as possible to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.

For urgent matters, we kindly ask guests to contact us by phone between 8:00 PM and 8:00 AM only in case of an emergency.

Siófok can be reached within a short drive. Szántód and its regular ferry connection to the Tihany Peninsula are also easily accessible by car.

Zamárdi has railway connections to Budapest and other towns around Lake Balaton.

Early check-in or late check-out may only be possible subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed in advance.

Guest Registration

In accordance with Hungarian regulations, every guest must be registered. All guests are required to provide the necessary personal information and a valid identification document. The guest registration process is completed online before arrival.

Swimming Pool

The private swimming pool is an outdoor facility. Guests must supervise children at all times and use the pool responsibly. Availability may be affected by the season, weather conditions or maintenance.

Smoking

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. Smoking is permitted only outside on the terrace.

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Parties & Events

Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Please respect the surrounding residents and observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

Cleaning and Supplies

Daily cleaning and daily replacement of towels or bed linen are not included.

For reservations of at least seven nights, additional cleaning with fresh bed linen may be requested for an extra charge, subject to availability.

We provide a starter pack containing shower gel, toilet paper, hand wash, waste bags and dishwashing liquid for washing dishes by hand. If these supplies run out, guests are responsible for purchasing any additional products required during their stay.

Fresh towels and bed linen are provided for every registered guest.
