Guest Access

Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment and its private balcony throughout their stay.

The apartment door is locked and unlocked using a smart lock. To operate the lock, guests must download the required application and register in it before arrival.

The building is equipped with an elevator, and the apartment is located on the first floor.

Parties & Events

Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Please respect the residents and observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

Cleaning and Supplies

Daily cleaning is not included. Additional cleaning may be requested for an extra charge, subject to availability.

We provide a starter pack containing shower gel, toilet paper, hand wash and dishwashing liquid for washing dishes by hand. If these supplies run out, guests are responsible for purchasing any additional products required during their stay. Dishwasher tablets or detergent are not included.

Fresh towels and bed linen are provided for every registered guest.
