Welcome to NALA Apartman, a modern and comfortable lakeside accommodation in Balatonlelle. Located in the newly built LelleMarine complex, this peaceful one-bedroom apartment is ideal for two guests looking for direct access to Lake Balaton, a spacious private balcony, and convenient on-site facilities.

The Space

The approximately 38 m² apartment is located on the first floor and features:

• One separate bedroom with a comfortable double bed
• A private living area with a sofa and flat-screen TV
• Please note that the sofa is provided for seating and is not advertised as an additional bed
• A dining area
• A well-equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, freezer, stovetop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, cookware, tableware, wine glasses, and essential kitchen utensils
• One private bathroom with a shower
• A washing machine
• Air conditioning and heating
• Free Wi-Fi
• A spacious private balcony with outdoor furniture
• A clothes-drying rack and storage space

Fresh towels and bed linen are provided for every registered guest.

Guest Access

Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment and its private balcony throughout their stay.

The apartment door is locked and unlocked using a smart lock. To operate the lock, guests must download the required application.

The apartment is located on the first floor, and the building is equipped with an elevator.

Guests also have access to:

• Free on-site private parking
• The complex’s shared lakefront area
• Direct access to Lake Balaton via the property’s path or pier
• A shared outdoor children’s pool available from June through September

Please note that the lakefront area and pool are shared with other residents and guests of the complex. Pool availability may depend on weather conditions and the building’s operational rules.

Detailed arrival and access instructions will be provided before check-in.

Interaction with Guests

We are available every day and happy to assist before and during your stay. Messages are answered as quickly as possible to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.

For urgent matters, we kindly ask guests to contact us by phone between 8:00 PM and 8:00 AM only in case of an emergency.

Walking

Napfény Beach, the town center, restaurants, cafés, shops, and the railway station can all be reached comfortably on foot.

Train

Balatonlelle railway station is approximately 400 metres from the apartment and provides convenient connections to other towns around Lake Balaton.

By Car

Free private parking is available on site, making the apartment a convenient choice for guests arriving by car.

Cycling

The Lake Balaton cycling routes make it easy to explore Balatonlelle and the surrounding lakeside towns by bicycle.

Airport Access

Hévíz–Balaton Airport is approximately 52 kilometres from the apartment. Budapest Ferenc Liszt International Airport can be reached by car, train, or transfer service.

Additional Information

Maximum Occupancy

The apartment can accommodate a maximum of 2 guests.

The only advertised sleeping place is the double bed in the separate bedroom. No additional beds or baby cots are available.

Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in: From 4:00 PM
• Check-out: Until 10:00 AM

Please inform us of your expected arrival time before your stay. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed in advance.

Guest Registration

In accordance with Hungarian regulations, every guest must be registered. All guests are required to provide the necessary personal information and a valid identification document. The guest registration process is completed online before arrival.

Swimming Pool

The shared outdoor pool is listed as being available between June and September. Its opening dates and daily availability may be affected by weather, maintenance, or the complex’s operational rules.

Children must always be supervised by an adult around the pool and waterfront.

Waterfront Access

The apartment includes access to the complex’s shared lakefront area. This area is not for the exclusive use of NALA Apartman and may be used by other residents and guests.

Smoking

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment.

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Parties & Events

Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Please respect the residents of the building and observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

Cleaning & Linen

The apartment is thoroughly cleaned before every arrival. Daily cleaning and daily replacement of towels or bed linen are not included.

Additional cleaning during your stay may be requested for an extra charge.

Starter Supplies

We provide a starter pack of shower gel, toilet paper, hand wash, and dishwashing liquid for washing dishes by hand. If these supplies run out, guests are responsible for purchasing additional products for the remainder of their stay.

Please note that dishwasher tablets or dishwasher detergent are not included.
