Welcome to Rose Apartment Mini, a compact and stylish accommodation in Budapest’s lively 7th district. Cleverly arranged across approximately 15 m², the apartment offers a raised sleeping area, a sofa bed, a private bathroom, and a practical kitchen, making it suitable for up to three guests.

The Space

• An elevated mezzanine sleeping area with one double bed
• A ladder-style staircase leading to the elevated bed
• One sofa bed suitable for one guest
• A flat-screen TV
• A well-equipped kitchen with a mini refrigerator, electric stovetop, microwave, kettle, drip coffee maker, toaster, cookware, tableware, and essential kitchen utensils
• Please note that the kitchen does not include an oven or dishwasher
• One private bathroom with a shower, toilet, hairdryer, body soap, and shower gel
• A washing machine inside the apartment
• Air conditioning and heating
• Free Wi-Fi
• A chest of drawers and a clothes-drying rack

Fresh towels and bed linen are provided for every registered guest.

Guest Access

Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment throughout their stay.

The apartment has a private entrance, and self-check-in is available using a keypad. The necessary access code and arrival instructions will be provided before check-in.

Paid parking may be available on the property. Please contact us in advance to confirm current availability and applicable fees.

Please note that the condominium’s shared areas are monitored by security cameras. There are no cameras inside the apartment.

For urgent matters, we kindly ask guests to contact us by phone between 8:00 PM and 8:00 AM only in case of an emergency.

Maximum Occupancy

The apartment can accommodate a maximum of 3 guests.

The sleeping arrangement is:

• One double bed for two guests on the elevated mezzanine
• One sofa bed for one guest

No additional sleeping places are available.

Mezzanine Bed Access

The double bed is located on an elevated mezzanine and can only be reached using a ladder-style staircase. Please carefully consider this layout before booking, particularly if any guest has limited mobility or difficulty using ladders.

• Check-in: From 4:00 PM
• Check-out: Until 10:00 AM

Please inform us of your expected arrival time before your stay. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed in advance.

Guest Registration

In accordance with Hungarian regulations, every guest must be registered. All guests are required to provide the necessary personal information and a valid identification document. The guest registration process is completed online before arrival.

Smoking

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment.

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Parties & Events

Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Please respect our neighbors and observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

Cleaning & Linen

The apartment is thoroughly cleaned before every arrival. Daily cleaning and daily replacement of towels or bed linen are not included.

Additional cleaning during your stay may be requested for an extra charge.

Starter Supplies

We provide a starter supply of toilet paper, shower gel, hand wash, and dishwashing liquid for washing dishes by hand. If these supplies run out, guests are responsible for purchasing additional products for the remainder of their stay.

Please note that shampoo is not provided.
