IMCT - Rose Apartment

Welcome to Rose Apartment, a spacious and thoughtfully renovated accommodation in Budapest’s lively 7th district. Offering a separate bedroom, a large living area, three sleeping places, and modern amenities, the apartment is suitable for couples, families, friends, or business travellers.

The Space

The approximately 58 m² apartment can accommodate up to five guests and features:

• One separate 15 m² bedroom with a 160 × 200 cm double bed
• One additional sofa bed in the bedroom, suitable for one guest
• A spacious living room with a 140 × 220 cm double sofa bed, suitable for two guests
• A flat-screen TV
• Air conditioning in both the bedroom and living room
• Wardrobes and storage space
• A well-equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, electric stovetop, microwave, kettle, drip coffee maker, toaster, cookware, tableware, and essential kitchen utensils
• A dining table
• Please note that the kitchen does not include an oven or dishwasher
• One modern private bathroom with a shower, toilet, washbasin, large mirror, hairdryer, and electric towel rail
• A washing machine and free tumble dryer inside the apartment
• Free high-speed Wi-Fi

Fresh towels and bed linen are provided for every registered guest.

Guest Access

Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment throughout their stay.

The apartment is arranged on one level, with no stairs inside the accommodation. It has a private entrance, and self-check-in is available using a keypad. The necessary access code and arrival information will be provided before check-in.

Paid parking may be available on the property. Please contact us in advance to confirm current availability and applicable fees.

Please note that the condominium’s shared areas are monitored by security cameras. There are no cameras inside the apartment.

We are available every day and happy to assist before and during your stay. Messages are answered as quickly as possible to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.

For urgent matters, we kindly ask guests to contact us by phone between 8:00 PM and 8:00 AM only in case of an emergency.

Maximum Occupancy

The apartment can accommodate a maximum of 5 guests.

The sleeping arrangement is:

• Double bed for two guests in the bedroom
• Sofa bed for one guest in the bedroom
• Double sofa bed for two guests in the living room

No additional beds or baby cots are provided.

• Check-in: From 3:00 PM
• Check-out: Until 10:00 AM

Please inform us of your expected arrival time before your stay. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed in advance.

Guest Registration

In accordance with Hungarian regulations, every guest must be registered. All guests are required to provide the necessary personal information and a valid identification document. The guest registration process is completed online before arrival.

Smoking

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment.

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Parties & Events

Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Please respect our neighbors and observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

Cleaning & Linen

The apartment is thoroughly cleaned before every arrival. Daily cleaning and daily replacement of towels or bed linen are not included.

Additional cleaning during your stay may be requested for an extra charge.

Starter Supplies

We provide a starter supply of toilet paper, shower gel, hand wash, and dishwashing liquid for washing dishes by hand. If these supplies run out, guests are responsible for purchasing additional products for the remainder of their stay.

Please note that shampoo is not provided.
