Fresh towels and bed linen are provided for every registered guest.

Guest Access

Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment throughout their stay.

The apartment is located on the first floor, and the building is equipped with an elevator.

Guests may also use the shared facilities belonging to the apartment complex:

• A shared laundry room with washing, drying, ironing, and steaming facilities
• Free luggage storage, which may be used before check-in and after check-out

Self-check-in is available using the building’s access code and the apartment’s key lockbox. Detailed arrival instructions will be provided before check-in.

Maximum Occupancy

The apartment can accommodate a maximum of 2 guests.

The living-room sofa is provided for seating and is not offered as an additional sleeping place.

Guest Registration

In accordance with Hungarian regulations, every guest must be registered. All guests are required to provide the necessary personal information and a valid identification document. The guest registration process is completed online before arrival.

Gallery Sleeping Area

The sleeping area is located on an elevated gallery and can only be reached by stairs. Please take this layout into consideration when booking.

Smoking

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment and throughout the indoor areas of the property.

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Parties & Events

Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Please respect our neighbors and observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

Cleaning & Linen

Daily cleaning and daily replacement of towels or bed linen are not included.

For stays of at least seven nights, additional cleaning with fresh bed linen and towels may be requested for an extra charge.

Starter Supplies

We provide a starter pack of shower gel, toilet paper, hand wash, and dishwashing liquid for washing dishes by hand. If these supplies run out, guests are responsible for purchasing additional products for the remainder of their stay.

Please note that dishwasher tablets or dishwasher detergent are not included.
