Welcome to FullBloom in the Center, a bright and stylish 55 m² apartment located in Budapest’s modern Grand’Or residential complex. Featuring two separate bedrooms, a spacious private terrace with garden views and comfortable space for up to four guests, the apartment is an excellent choice for families, friends or business travelers.

The Space

The apartment is arranged on one level and has a colorful, modern interior designed for a comfortable stay in central Budapest.

Fresh towels and bed linen are provided for every registered guest.

The apartment can accommodate a maximum of four guests.

Guest Access

Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment throughout their stay, including both bedrooms, the living area, kitchen, bathroom, additional guest toilet and private terrace.

Self-check-in is available using a lockbox. The necessary access instructions and codes are provided before arrival.

The apartment is arranged on one level without internal stairs. The building is equipped with an elevator.

Parking is not included with the accommodation. Paid street parking may be available nearby, subject to availability and local parking charges.

Interaction with Guests

We are available every day and are happy to assist before and during your stay. Messages are answered as quickly as possible to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.

For urgent matters, we kindly ask guests to contact us by phone between 8:00 PM and 8:00 AM only in case of an emergency.

FullBloom in the Center is located on Nagydiófa Street in Budapest’s lively 7th district. The neighborhood is known for its vibrant atmosphere, historic buildings, restaurants, cafés, bars, cultural venues and famous ruin pubs.

Check-in & Check-out

• Check-out: Until 10:00 AM

Early check-in or late check-out may be possible only when availability allows and cannot be guaranteed in advance.

Please inform us of your expected arrival time before your stay.

Guest Registration

In accordance with Hungarian regulations, every guest must be registered. All guests are required to provide the necessary personal information and a valid identification document. The guest registration process is completed online before arrival.

Smoking

Smoking, vaping and the use of electronic cigarettes are strictly prohibited inside the apartment.

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Parties & Events

Parties and events are strictly prohibited.

Please respect our neighbors and observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

Starter Supplies

We provide a starter pack containing shower gel, toilet paper, hand wash and dishwashing liquid for washing dishes by hand.

Please note that the provided dishwashing liquid is not suitable for use in the dishwasher. Dishwasher tablets or dishwasher detergent are not included. If the starter supplies run out, guests must purchase any additional products required for the remainder of their stay.

Towels, Bed Linen & Cleaning

Fresh towels and bed linen are provided for every registered arriving guest.

Daily cleaning and daily replacement of towels or bed linen are not included.

For stays of seven nights or longer, additional cleaning with fresh bed linen may be requested for an extra fee. Further cleaning, additional towels or additional bed linen may also be arranged for an extra fee.

Special Requests

Baby cots and additional beds are not available at this property.
