The Space

The apartment is located on the third floor and is arranged on one level. Its bright interior, comfortable furnishings and spacious terrace provide a relaxing setting for a lakeside holiday.

Swimming Pool & Waterfront

Guests have access to the building’s shared outdoor swimming pool and shared waterfront areas.

The swimming pool is:

• Available seasonally from May until September
• Open between 7:00 AM and 9:30 PM
• Located outdoors
• Heated
• Designed as an infinity-style pool

The pool is not private. Its availability, temperature and opening hours are subject to the building’s regulations and may be affected by weather, maintenance or operational changes.

The property is located directly beside Lake Balaton. Guests can access the lake through the building’s shared waterfront area. Sun loungers and a shared garden are also available.

Guest Access

Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment throughout their stay, including both bedrooms, the living and dining areas, the kitchen, bathroom, additional guest toilet and private terrace.

• The sun loungers
• Free on-site parking
• The building’s common areas

The apartment is located on the third floor, and the building is equipped with an elevator.

For urgent matters, we kindly ask guests to contact us by phone between 8:00 PM and 8:00 AM only in case of an emergency.

Guest Registration

In accordance with Hungarian regulations, every guest must be registered. All guests are required to provide the necessary personal information and a valid identification document. The guest registration process is completed online before arrival.

Smoking

Smoking, vaping and the use of electronic cigarettes are strictly prohibited inside the apartment.

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Parties & Events

Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Commercial photography and filming are also not permitted.

Please respect our neighbors and observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

Swimming Pool

The shared outdoor swimming pool is available seasonally from May until September, between 7:00 AM and 9:30 PM. Pool access is subject to the building’s current regulations and operational conditions.

Starter Supplies

We provide a starter pack containing shower gel, toilet paper, hand wash and dishwashing liquid for washing dishes by hand.

Please note that the provided dishwashing liquid is not suitable for use in the dishwasher. Dishwasher tablets or dishwasher detergent are not included. If the starter supplies run out, guests must purchase any additional products required for the remainder of their stay.

Towels, Bed Linen & Cleaning

Fresh towels and bed linen are provided for every registered arriving guest.

For stays of seven nights or longer, one additional cleaning is provided. Further cleaning, additional towels or additional bed linen may be arranged for an extra fee.
