The Space

The apartment is arranged on one level and combines modern furnishings with practical amenities for a comfortable stay in central Budapest.

Fresh towels and bed linen are provided for every registered guest.

The apartment can accommodate a maximum of four guests.

Guest Access

Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment throughout their stay, including the bedroom, living and dining areas, kitchen, full bathroom and additional guest toilet.

The building is equipped with an elevator.

Parking is not included with the accommodation. Paid off-site parking and street parking options may be available nearby, subject to availability and local parking charges.

For urgent matters, we kindly ask guests to contact us by phone between 8:00 PM and 8:00 AM only in case of an emergency.

Guest Registration

In accordance with Hungarian regulations, every guest must be registered. All guests are required to provide the necessary personal information and a valid identification document. The guest registration process is completed online before arrival.

Guests under the age of 18 may check in only when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Smoking

Smoking, vaping and the use of electronic cigarettes are strictly prohibited inside the apartment.

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Parties & Events

Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Commercial photography and filming are also not permitted.

Please respect our neighbors and observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

Starter Supplies

We provide a starter pack containing shower gel, toilet paper, hand wash and dishwashing liquid for washing dishes by hand.

Please note that the provided dishwashing liquid is not suitable for use in the dishwasher. Dishwasher tablets or dishwasher detergent are not included. If the starter supplies run out, guests must purchase any additional products required for the remainder of their stay.

Towels, Bed Linen & Cleaning

Fresh towels and bed linen are provided for every registered arriving guest.

For stays of seven nights or longer, one additional cleaning is provided. Further cleaning, additional towels or additional bed linen may be arranged for an extra fee.
