Self-check-in is available using a smart lock. The necessary access information will be provided before arrival.

Please park only in the designated space and follow all building and parking instructions.

Guests arriving by air can continue to Siófok by car, private transfer, or public transportation. Travel time depends on the departure airport and selected route.

Maximum Occupancy

The apartment accommodates a maximum of 6 guests:

• 4 guests in the two double beds
• 2 guests on the living-room sofa bed

• Check-in: From 4:00 PM
• Check-out: Until 10:00 AM

Please inform us of your expected arrival time before your stay.

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed in advance.

Guest Registration

In accordance with Hungarian regulations, every guest must be registered. All guests are required to provide the necessary personal information and a valid identification document. The guest registration process is completed online before arrival.

Guests under the age of 18 may only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Children & Baby Equipment

Children are welcome within the apartment’s maximum occupancy.

A baby cot or other baby equipment may be available upon advance request. All requests must be confirmed before arrival and are subject to availability.

Accessibility

Although the building has an elevator, the apartment is not advertised as wheelchair accessible and may not be suitable for guests with significantly reduced mobility.

Smoking

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. Please use only the designated outdoor smoking area.

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Parties & Events

Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Please respect our neighbors and observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

Starter Supplies

A starter pack is provided upon arrival and includes:

• Shower gel
• Toilet paper
• Hand wash
• Dishwashing liquid for washing dishes by hand

Please note that the dishwashing liquid is intended for hand washing dishes and is not dishwasher detergent.

These supplies are provided as a starter amount only. If they run out during your stay, guests are responsible for purchasing any additional supplies they require.

Towels, Bed Linen & Cleaning

Fresh towels and bed linen are provided for every registered arriving guest.

Daily cleaning and daily replacement of towels or bed linen are not included. For bookings of at least 7 nights, additional cleaning with fresh towels and bed linen may be requested for an extra fee.
