Guest Access

Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment and its private panoramic terrace with jacuzzi.

The apartment door is locked and unlocked using a smart lock. To operate the lock, guests must download the required application and register in it before arrival.

The apartment is located on the top floor and can be reached by elevator. There are no internal stairs inside the apartment.

Self-check-in is available, and the necessary access information will be provided before arrival.

Guests may also use the shared waterfront and seasonal pool facilities in accordance with the complex’s regulations.

One free parking space is provided in the courtyard for one car. Additional parking may be available on the surrounding streets, but street parking may be subject to a fee and availability cannot be guaranteed.

The apartment accommodates a maximum of 4 guests using the two double beds in the separate bedrooms.

• Check-out: Until 10:00 AM

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed in advance.

Guest Registration

In accordance with Hungarian regulations, every guest must be registered. All guests are required to provide the necessary personal information and a valid identification document. The guest registration process is completed online before arrival.

Children & Baby Equipment

Children are welcome within the apartment’s maximum occupancy.

A baby cot or other baby equipment may be available upon advance request. All requests must be confirmed before arrival and are subject to availability.

Jacuzzi & Shared Facilities

The jacuzzi on the apartment’s terrace is for the private use of registered guests.

The shared pool and waterfront facilities are operated by the apartment complex. Availability may be affected by seasonal schedules, maintenance, weather, or safety requirements.

Sauna access is not included as a guaranteed private amenity in this description.

Smoking

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. Please use only the designated outdoor smoking area.

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Parties & Events

Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Please respect our neighbors and observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

Starter Supplies

A starter pack is provided upon arrival and includes:

• Dishwashing liquid for washing dishes by hand

Please note that the dishwashing liquid is intended for hand washing dishes and is not dishwasher detergent.

These supplies are provided as a starter amount only. If they run out during your stay, guests are responsible for purchasing any additional supplies they require.

Towels, Bed Linen & Cleaning

Fresh towels and bed linen are provided for every registered arriving guest.

Daily cleaning and daily replacement of towels or bed linen are not included. For bookings of at least 7 nights, additional cleaning with fresh towels and bed linen may be requested for an extra fee.
