The Space

The apartment accommodates a maximum of 4 guests and is located on the first floor of a modern building. The entire apartment is arranged on one level, with no internal stairs.

There is no additional sofa bed advertised in the living room.

Fresh bed linen is provided for every registered guest.

Guest Access

Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment and its private balcony throughout their stay.

The apartment door is locked and unlocked using a smart lock. To operate the lock, guests must download the required application and register in it before arrival.

The apartment is located on the first floor and can be reached by elevator. There are no stairs inside the apartment.

Self-check-in is available, and the necessary access information will be provided before arrival.

Guests may also use the shared waterfront and seasonal pool facilities in accordance with the complex’s regulations.

Guest Registration

In accordance with Hungarian regulations, every guest must be registered. All guests are required to provide the necessary personal information and a valid identification document. The guest registration process is completed online before arrival.

A baby cot or other baby equipment may be available upon advance request. All requests must be confirmed before arrival and are subject to availability.

Shared Facilities

The waterfront and pool facilities are shared with residents and other guests of the apartment complex.

Their opening hours and availability are controlled by the complex management and cannot be guaranteed.

Smoking

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. Please use only the designated outdoor smoking area.

Pets are not allowed.

Parties & Events

Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Please respect our neighbors and observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

Starter Supplies

A starter pack is provided upon arrival and includes:

• Shower gel
• Toilet paper
• Hand wash
• Dishwashing liquid for washing dishes by hand

The dishwashing liquid is intended for washing dishes by hand.

These supplies are provided as a starter amount only. If they run out during your stay, guests are responsible for purchasing any additional supplies they require.

Towels, Bed Linen & Cleaning

Fresh towels and bed linen are provided for every registered arriving guest.

Daily cleaning and daily replacement of towels or bed linen are not included. For bookings of at least 7 nights, additional cleaning with fresh towels and bed linen may be requested for an extra fee.
