You can use the entire apartment, but please read and respect our house rules.
We are available every day, at all hours! We always respond quickly to your messages, but please only call between 8 p.m. and 8 a.m. in case of an emergency.
The apartment is located in one of Budapest’s most vibrant yet livable neighborhoods. Just a short walk away, you’ll find Király Street, filled with trendy restaurants, cafés, bars, and shops. Several supermarkets, bakeries, and pharmacies are also nearby for your everyday needs. Public transport is excellent, with tram and metro lines easily accessible, allowing you to reach the city’s main attractions—such as the historic downtown, Andrássy Avenue, or the Danube—within minutes.
We strive to make your stay truly special, so here’s a brief list of what you can expect from us—and what you cannot:
We provide a first set of clean bed linen and towels based on the number of guests.
What we cannot provide is daily cleaning or fresh linens and towels every day.
For bookings of at least 7 days, you can request additional cleaning (with fresh linens), but this comes at an extra cost.
We supply a few rolls of toilet paper, garbage bags, and a small amount of shower gel (as a starter pack), but if these run out, you’ll need to purchase what you need at a local supermarket (just like at home).
The apartment has self-check-in access, and you’ll receive all the necessary codes on your arrival day.

Early check-in or late check-out can only be accommodated if there’s availability, but we cannot guarantee it in advance.

Please refrain from smoking inside the apartment! The good news is that you are welcome to smoke on the terrace.
