Guest Access

Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment throughout their stay.

The apartment door is locked and unlocked using a smart lock. To operate the lock, guests must download the required application and register in it before arrival.

The building is equipped with an elevator. However, the apartment is not wheelchair accessible and may not be suitable for guests with significantly limited mobility.

Self check-in is available. The necessary entrance information and access codes will be provided on the day of arrival.

Guest Registration

In accordance with Hungarian regulations, every guest must be registered. All guests are required to provide the necessary personal information and a valid identification document. The guest registration process is completed online before arrival.

Guests under the age of 18 may only check in when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Children

Children can stay within the apartment’s maximum occupancy. Baby cots and additional beds are not available at this property.

Smoking

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment.

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Parties & Events

Parties, events, bachelor parties, and similar gatherings are strictly prohibited. Please respect our neighbors and observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

Starter Supplies

We provide a starter pack containing:

• Shower gel
• Toilet paper
• Hand wash
• Dishwashing liquid for washing dishes by hand

Please note that the dishwashing liquid is not detergent for the dishwasher. These supplies are intended as a starter pack only. If they run out during your stay, guests are responsible for purchasing additional supplies.

Towels, Bed Linen & Additional Cleaning

Fresh towels and bed linen are provided for every registered arriving guest.

For reservations of at least 7 nights, additional cleaning with fresh towels and bed linen can be requested for an extra fee.
