Guests have exclusive access to the entire villa and its private terrace throughout their stay.

The garden, courtyard, parking area, outdoor hot tub and barbecue facilities are shared with the other villa located on the property.

• In-person check-in is normally arranged between 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM
• Check-out: Until 10:00 AM

Later check-in may be possible for an additional fee. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed in advance.

Guest Registration

In accordance with Hungarian regulations, every guest must be registered. All guests are required to provide the necessary personal information and a valid identification document. The guest registration process is completed online before arrival.

Children & Extra Beds

Children of all ages are welcome. Baby cots and additional beds are not available at this property.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa.

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Parties & Events

Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Please respect the neighboring properties and observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

Starter Supplies

We provide a starter pack containing:

• Shower gel
• Toilet paper
• Hand wash
• Dishwashing liquid for washing dishes by hand

Please note that the dishwashing liquid is intended for hand-washing dishes and is not dishwasher detergent.

These supplies are provided only as a starter pack. If they run out during your stay, guests must purchase any additional supplies they require.

Towels & Bed Linen

Fresh towels and bed linen are provided for every registered arriving guest. Daily towel replacement and daily housekeeping are not included.

For bookings of at least 7 nights, additional cleaning with fresh bed linen can be requested for an extra fee.
