Welcome to WOODnest Home with A/C, a stylish, interior-designed apartment located beside Budapest’s famous Váci Street. Despite its exceptionally central location, the apartment offers a quiet and comfortable setting for couples, solo travelers, and business guests.

Guest Access

Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment throughout their stay, ensuring complete privacy and comfort.

The apartment door is locked and unlocked using a smart lock. To operate the lock, guests must download the required application and register in it before arrival.

The apartment offers self-check-in using a lockbox. The necessary access instructions and codes will be sent on the day of arrival.

Public parking may be available nearby for an additional charge. The apartment does not have private parking.

Tram and bus services operate nearby, providing convenient connections to other parts of Budapest.

Airport Access

Budapest Ferenc Liszt International Airport is approximately 14 kilometres from the apartment and can be reached by public transportation, airport shuttle, or taxi.

The apartment accommodates a maximum of 2 registered guests.

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed in advance.

Guest Registration

In accordance with Hungarian regulations, every guest must be registered. All guests are required to provide the necessary personal information and a valid identification document. The guest registration process is completed online before arrival.

Guests under 18 years old may only check in when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Children

Children are welcome within the apartment’s maximum occupancy of two guests. Please note that baby cots and extra beds are not available.

Smoking

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment.

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Parties & Events

Parties, events, bachelor parties, and bachelorette parties are strictly prohibited. Please respect our neighbors and observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

Starter Supplies

A starter pack is provided for your arrival and includes:

• Shower gel
• Toilet paper
• Hand wash
• Dishwashing liquid for washing dishes by hand

Please note that these are starter quantities only. If the supplies run out during your stay, guests are responsible for purchasing additional products.

Fresh towels and bed linen are provided for every registered arriving guest.

Additional Cleaning

Daily cleaning and daily towel or linen changes are not included. For reservations of at least 7 nights, additional cleaning with fresh bed linen may be requested for an additional charge, up to once per week.

Additional towels may also be requested for an extra charge.
