Your car — or even two — can be safely parked in the building’s underground garage. Whether it’s winter or summer, countless activities and opportunities await you.
The apartment is a two-level unit with a living room and two bedrooms. You can use a total of three bathrooms connected to the bedrooms. This apartment also includes a large terrace. In the living room, a fully equipped kitchen is available for you, complete with a coffee machine, dishwasher, and all the utensils you might need. You will also find a shared area in the building, where a sauna and a laundry room with a separate dryer are at your disposal. Outside the apartment, you may use two parking spaces in the underground garage as well as a ski storage room.

We are available every day, at all hours! We always respond quickly to your messages, but please only call between 8 p.m. and 8 a.m. in case of an emergency.
The area offers breathtaking mountain views that create a unique atmosphere in every season. It’s a perfect choice for skiing enthusiasts, as the ski lift runs right next to the accommodation, giving you instant access to the slopes. Numerous hiking trails can be found nearby, providing excellent opportunities for both beginners and experienced hikers to explore the natural surroundings.
We have prepared short videos for you about the apartment and how to use it, so you can operate everything more easily. Please watch them, and if something still doesn’t work, feel free to contact us.
We strive to make your stay truly special, so here’s a brief list of what you can expect from us—and what you cannot:
We provide a first set of clean bed linen and towels based on the number of guests.
What we cannot provide is daily cleaning or fresh linens and towels every day.
For bookings of at least 7 days, you can request additional cleaning (with fresh linens), but this comes at an extra cost.
We supply a few rolls of toilet paper, garbage bags, and a small amount of shower gel (as a starter pack), but if these run out, you’ll need to purchase what you need at a local supermarket (just like at home).
We can assist with fixed-price airport transfers—feel free to ask us for details.
The apartment has self-check-in access, and you’ll receive all the necessary codes on your arrival day.

Early check-in or late check-out can only be accommodated if there’s availability, but we cannot guarantee it in advance.
