Our apartment is located in one of the most popular parts of the 13th district, on Hollán Ernő Street. In this quiet, charming street you can enjoy a peaceful stay, while the vibrant atmosphere of the neighborhood is just a few steps away. Margaret Island is also easily accessible: with a short walk or just a few tram stops. It is the perfect choice for those who want to experience both the tranquility and the vibrant life of Budapest at the same time. This welcoming apartment comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests. It features one separate bedroom and a spacious living room with a comfortable pull-out sofa bed. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare a cozy breakfast or dinner at home. The bathroom comes with a bathtub, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the city. It’s an ideal choice for couples, families, or friends who want to discover Budapest together while enjoying a comfortable and homely base. You can use the entire apartment, but please read and respect our house rules. We are available every day, at all hours! We always respond quickly to your messages, but please only call between 8 p.m. and 8 a.m. in case of an emergency. The apartment is located near Jászai Mari Square, in one of the most popular parts of the 13th district. From here you can easily walk to the Parliament and the Danube riverside, where you’ll enjoy stunning views of the city. Margaret Island is just a few minutes away on foot, offering the perfect spot for relaxation or outdoor activities. The neighborhood is filled with cozy cafés, restaurants, and shops, while Nyugati Railway Station and the Westend shopping mall are just a short tram ride away. It’s the ideal location for those who want to enjoy both tranquility and a central stay in Budapest. Trams 4 and 6 stop at Jászai Mari Square and run 24/7, taking you quickly across the city. Tram 2 runs along the Danube with breathtaking views, including the Parliament and downtown Budapest. Metro line M3 (blue): Nyugati station is about a 10-minute walk, providing a direct link to the city center and towards the airport. Metro line M2 (red): just a few tram stops away at Kossuth Lajos Square, connecting you directly to Keleti Railway Station and the eastern part of downtown. Several buses and trolleybuses also serve the area, making it easy to reach any part of the city. We strive to make your stay truly special, so here’s a brief list of what you can expect from us—and what you cannot: We provide a first set of clean bed linen and towels based on the number of guests. What we cannot provide is daily cleaning or fresh linens and towels every day. For bookings of at least 7 days, you can request additional cleaning (with fresh linens), but this comes at an extra cost. We supply a few rolls of toilet paper, garbage bags, and a small amount of shower gel (as a starter pack), but if these run out, you’ll need to purchase what you need at a local supermarket (just like at home). We can assist with fixed-price airport transfers—feel free to ask us for details. The apartment has self-check-in access, and you’ll receive all the necessary codes on your arrival day. Check-in: From 4:00 PM Check-out: By 10:00 AM Early check-in or late check-out can only be accommodated if there’s availability, but we cannot guarantee it in advance. ★ NO PETS ALLOWED ★ We love pets, but unfortunately, our apartment is not suitable for them. ★ NO SMOKING IN THE APARTMENT ★ Please refrain from smoking inside the apartment! The good news is that you are welcome to smoke on the terrace. ★ NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ★ We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to maintain its excellent condition for future guests and your potential return visits.
