Situated on the first floor of a well-maintained building with an elevator, the apartment offers a comfortable base for couples, families, friends, and business travelers. It can accommodate up to 4 guests.

• Sleeping nook: One double bed
• Living room: One pull-out sofa bed for two guests

Please note that the double bed is located in a sleeping nook rather than a fully separate enclosed bedroom.

Fresh towels and bed linen are provided for every registered arriving guest.

Metro

Astoria metro station on the M2 line is approximately 100 metres from the building. The M3 and M4 metro lines can also be reached nearby.

Several tram and bus services operate in the surrounding area, providing convenient connections throughout Budapest.

Walking

The National Museum, Károlyi Garden, Váci Street, the Great Market Hall, and the Danube can all be reached comfortably on foot.

Parking

Paid public parking is available on the surrounding streets. Parking garages can also be found within walking distance. A private or free parking space is not provided.

Airport Access

Budapest Airport is approximately 13 kilometres from the apartment and can be reached using public transportation, an airport shuttle, or taxi services.

The apartment can accommodate a maximum of 4 registered guests.

• Check-out: Until 10:00 AM

Guest Registration

In accordance with Hungarian regulations, every guest must be registered. All guests are required to provide the necessary personal information and a valid identification document. The guest registration process is completed online before arrival.

Children

Children are welcome. Requests for baby equipment must be made in advance and are subject to availability and confirmation. A baby cot or additional bed is not guaranteed.

Smoking

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. Smoking is permitted only in the designated outdoor area.

Pets are not allowed.

Parties & Events

Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Please respect our neighbors and observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

If you have any special requests, please let us know in advance. We will do our best to accommodate them whenever possible, but availability cannot be guaranteed without confirmation.

Starter Supplies

We provide a starter pack containing:

• Shower gel
• Toilet paper
• Hand wash
• Dishwashing liquid for washing dishes by hand

If these supplies run out during your stay, guests are responsible for purchasing any additional products they may require.
