Welcome to our bright and spacious apartment in Siófok, located on the popular Liszt Ferenc Promenade within the Silver Apartment complex. Perfect for up to four guests, the apartment features a private balcony with beautiful views of Lake Balaton, air conditioning for comfort, and a cozy, modern interior. Just a short walk from the beach, restaurants, and cafés, it’s an ideal spot for a relaxing lakeside getaway. This apartment is a perfect choice if you're looking for a bright, comfortable, and welcoming place to stay in Siófok, right by Lake Balaton. The open-plan living room and kitchen are great for enjoying meals together or just relaxing after a day at the beach. The separate bedroom offers a peaceful place to rest, and the bathroom is comfortable, with the toilet located in a separate room — super convenient if you're staying with others. The apartment is air-conditioned, so you’ll stay cool even during the hottest summer days. The balcony is one of our favorite spots — it offers a partial view of the lake and is perfect for sipping your morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. The overall vibe is cozy and homey, and you'll find everything you need for a carefree stay — whether you're coming as a couple, with friends, or as a small family looking to relax by the Balaton. The entire property is for rent, for your use and your friends (family) only! We are available every day, around the clock! We always respond to your messages promptly, but please only call in case of emergencies between 8 PM and 8 AM. The location is ideal if you want to be close to everything while still enjoying a peaceful atmosphere. The lake is just a short walk away, as is the famous Siófok Plázs — a popular beach by day and a lively venue with concerts, parties, and cocktails by night. You'll also find plenty of restaurants, cafés, and ice cream shops nearby, so there’s always something tasty around the corner. For those who enjoy staying active, you can rent bikes, paddle boats, or try stand-up paddleboarding, all within walking distance. Or simply take a relaxing evening stroll along the promenade. The neighborhood has a lively yet friendly and relaxed vibe — everything you need for a fun and restful holiday at Lake Balaton. Independent access is provided! Parking: Parking is possible on the nearby streets, but it is subject to a fee. Parking garages are also available a few minutes' walk away. Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment; however, there is a designated smoking area outside the apartment. Pets: Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets. Parties and Events: Please refrain from organizing parties or events in the apartment. We respect our neighbors' peace and quiet. PARTIES AND EVENTS ARE STRICTLY FORBIDDEN!!!!
