This sunlit apartment, located on the mezzanine floor, comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests. The large open-plan living room and kitchen are perfect for spending time together, while the three separate bedrooms offer privacy and restful sleep. Two bathrooms with showers ensure comfort for larger groups. The apartment is modern and beautifully furnished, with unique and stylish decorative touches that make your stay feel truly special. Our bright and welcoming home is located right by City Park, on Ajtósi Dürer Avenue – offering a green and peaceful setting with excellent transport connections. Explore the park, relax at the Széchenyi Baths, or enjoy a coffee at one of the nearby cafés – everything is just a short walk away! The entire property is for rent, for your use and your friends (family) only! We are available every day, around the clock! We always respond to your messages promptly, but please only call in case of emergencies between 8 PM and 8 AM. The apartment is located in one of Budapest’s greenest and most scenic areas, right next to City Park (Városliget). It's perfect for relaxing walks, outdoor picnics, or simply enjoying the peaceful natural surroundings. Just a short walk away, you'll find top attractions such as the Széchenyi Thermal Bath, the Zoo, Vajdahunyad Castle, the City Ice Rink, Heroes’ Square, the Museum of Fine Arts, and the Kunsthalle. There are many cozy cafés, bakeries, and restaurants in the area—charming local spots loved by both visitors and residents. Public transport is excellent: the apartment is just a few minutes' walk from tram line 1, the historic M1 metro, and several bus and trolleybus stops. The city center is easily reachable in 10–15 minutes by public transport or bike. Independent access is provided! Parking: Parking is possible on the nearby streets, but it is subject to a fee. Parking garages are also available a few minutes' walk away. Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment; however, there is a designated smoking area outside the apartment. Pets: Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets. Parties and Events: Please refrain from organizing parties or events in the apartment. We respect our neighbors' peace and quiet. PARTIES AND EVENTS ARE STRICTLY FORBIDDEN!!!! Extras: If you have any special requests (e.g., a crib), please let us know in advance so that we can try to find a solution.
