The spacious, bright living room has direct access to a balcony – a perfect spot for a peaceful breakfast or a relaxing evening. The well-equipped kitchen includes everything you need to easily prepare your favorite meals. The bedroom is cozy and quiet, with a practical walk-in closet providing plenty of storage space. Guests have access to two bathrooms – one with a bathtub, the other with a shower – making shared stays even more convenient. A warm and welcoming apartment that has everything you need for a pleasant and relaxing stay. The entire property is for rent, for your use and your friends (family) only! We are available every day, around the clock! We always respond to your messages promptly, but please only call in case of emergencies between 8 PM and 8 AM. The apartment is located in the 12th district of Budapest, one of the city’s greenest and most elegant areas. The neighborhood is peaceful and safe, yet everything you need is within easy reach. MOM Park shopping center is just a few minutes’ walk away, offering shops, restaurants, cafés, a gym, and a cinema. Public transport is excellent: tram and bus stops are nearby, allowing easy and quick access to the city center and main attractions. For nature lovers, the nearby Gesztenyés Park or Normafa is perfect for a relaxing walk or hike. This area is ideal for those who want to enjoy the comfort and convenience of being close to Budapest's most important spots, without the hustle and bustle of the city. Independent access is provided! Parking: Parking is possible on the nearby streets, but it is subject to a fee. Parking garages are also available a few minutes' walk away. Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment; however, there is a designated smoking area outside the apartment. Pets: Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets. Parties and Events: Please refrain from organizing parties or events in the apartment. We respect our neighbors' peace and quiet. PARTIES AND EVENTS ARE STRICTLY FORBIDDEN!!!!
