Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment and its private balcony throughout their stay, ensuring complete privacy and comfort.

The apartment door is locked and unlocked using a smart lock. To operate the lock, guests must download the required application and register in it before arrival.

The building is equipped with an elevator.
