Welcome to New City Life Apartment, a modern and centrally located accommodation in the heart of Budapest. Situated on Régi Posta Street, close to Váci Street, the Danube and many of the city’s most popular attractions, the apartment is an excellent choice for families, friends or business travelers of up to 4 guests.

The Space

This approximately 41 m² apartment features two separate bedrooms, a compact kitchenette, a dining and seating area, and one private bathroom.

• Bedroom 1: One double bed for 2 guests
• Bedroom 2: One double bed for 2 guests

The apartment contains two beds in total and accommodates a maximum of 4 registered guests.

Fresh bed linen and towels are provided for every registered arriving guest.

The building has an elevator. However, the official property information states that the apartment is not wheelchair accessible and may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility. Please contact us before booking if you have specific accessibility requirements.

Airport Access

The airport bus connection is available from Deák Ferenc Square. Budapest Ferenc Liszt International Airport can also be reached by taxi or private transfer.

Many of Budapest’s central attractions can be reached comfortably on foot, including Váci Street, the Danube Promenade, Vörösmarty Square and St. Stephen’s Basilica.

The apartment does not include private parking.

Paid public parking may be available on the surrounding streets, subject to availability and local parking regulations. Paid parking garages can also be found within walking distance.

Guest Registration

In accordance with Hungarian regulations, every guest must be registered. All guests are required to provide the necessary personal information and a valid identification document. The guest registration process is completed online before arrival.

Maximum Occupancy

The apartment can accommodate a maximum of 4 registered guests using the two existing double beds.

Unregistered visitors or additional overnight guests are not permitted without prior approval.

Smoking

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas where allowed by the building’s rules.

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Parties & Events

Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Please respect the neighbors and observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

Children & Special Requests

If you require a baby cot or have another special request, please inform us in advance. We will do our best to assist, but availability cannot be guaranteed.

Guests under the age of 18 may check in only when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Starter Supplies

We provide a starter supply of:

• Hand wash
• Dishwasher soap

If these supplies run out during your stay, guests are responsible for purchasing additional items.

Fresh towels and bed linen are provided for every registered arriving guest.
