This approximately 79 m² apartment can accommodate up to 4 registered guests.

The apartment contains two double beds in total and accommodates a maximum of 4 registered guests.

Fresh towels and bed linen are provided for every registered arriving guest.

Please inform us of your expected arrival time before your stay.

Guests may be required to present valid government-issued photo identification and a payment card during the check-in process.

Guests under the age of 18 may check in only when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Guest Registration

In accordance with Hungarian regulations, every guest must be registered. All guests are required to provide the necessary personal information and a valid identification document. The guest registration process is completed online before arrival.

Maximum Occupancy

The apartment can accommodate a maximum of 4 registered guests using the two existing double beds.

Unregistered visitors or additional overnight guests are not permitted without prior approval.

Smoking

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment.

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Parties and Events

Parties, events, bachelor or bachelorette parties, and similar gatherings are strictly prohibited.

Please respect the neighbors and observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

Children and Additional Beds

Children of all ages are welcome within the apartment’s maximum occupancy of four guests.

Baby cots and additional beds are not available at this property.

Special Requests

If you have any special requests, please let us know before your arrival. We will do our best to assist, but requests are subject to availability and may involve additional charges.

Cleaning and Bed Linen Changes

Daily cleaning and regular bed linen changes during the stay are not included in the accommodation rate.

Upon prior arrangement, additional cleaning and bed linen changes are available for an extra fee.

Starter Supplies

Upon arrival, we provide a starter supply of shower gel, toilet paper, liquid hand soap, bin bags, and hand dishwashing liquid.

Dishwasher tablets or detergent intended for use in the dishwasher are not included in the starter supply.

If the provided products run out, guests are responsible for purchasing any additional quantities required for the remainder of their stay. Towels are provided for every registered arriving guest.
