IMCT - Elegance in the Heart

Welcome to Elegance in the Heart, an exceptionally spacious and characterful apartment located on Haris köz, a pedestrian passage beside Budapest’s famous Váci Street. With three separate bedrooms and accommodation for up to 6 guests, the apartment is an excellent choice for families or groups of friends.

The Space

This approximately 140 m² apartment offers generous living areas, three separate bedrooms, a private kitchen and dining room, two full bathrooms and an additional guest toilet.

• Bedroom 1: One double bed for 2 guests
• Bedroom 2: One double bed for 2 guests
• Bedroom 3: Two single bed for 2 guests

The apartment accommodates a maximum of 6 registered guests using the three double beds.

The sofas in the living areas are not provided as additional beds.

Fresh bed linen and towels are provided for every registered arriving guest.

Interaction with Guests

We are available to assist before and during your stay. Messages are answered as quickly as possible to help ensure a smooth and comfortable visit.

There is no hotel-style reception inside the apartment. Please communicate your expected arrival time in advance and carefully follow the access instructions provided before check-in.

Getting Around

Metro

Vörösmarty tér metro station on the M1 line is within a short walk. Deák Ferenc tér, served by the M1, M2 and M3 metro lines, can also be reached on foot.

Tram & Bus

Several tram and bus services operate nearby, providing convenient connections to both the Buda and Pest sides of the city.

Airport Access

The airport bus connection is available from Deák Ferenc Square. Budapest Ferenc Liszt International Airport can also be reached by taxi or private transfer.

Walking

Many central attractions can be reached comfortably on foot, including Váci Street, the Danube Promenade, Vörösmarty Square, St. Stephen’s Basilica and the Great Market Hall.

Parking

The apartment does not include private parking.

Haris köz is a pedestrian passage, so parking directly outside the apartment is not available. Guests arriving by car should arrange parking independently in a public parking garage or permitted street-parking area nearby.

Parking availability and charges are subject to local regulations.

Guest Registration

In accordance with Hungarian regulations, every guest must be registered. All guests are required to provide the necessary personal information and a valid identification document. The guest registration process is completed online before arrival.

Maximum Occupancy

The apartment can accommodate a maximum of 6 registered guests using the three existing double beds.

The living-room sofas are not offered as additional sleeping arrangements. Unregistered visitors or additional overnight guests are not permitted without prior approval.

Smoking

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment.

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Parties & Events

Parties, events, bachelor parties and similar gatherings are strictly prohibited. Please respect the neighbors and keep noise to a minimum, particularly during nighttime hours.

Children

Children of all ages are welcome.

Baby cots and additional beds are not guaranteed. Families should plan their stay based on the three existing double beds.

Starter Supplies

We provide a starter supply of:

If these supplies run out during your stay, guests are responsible for purchasing additional items.
