IMCT - Seventh Sense Apartment

Welcome to Seventh Sense Apartment, an exceptionally spacious accommodation located in Budapest’s central 9th district, close to the Hungarian National Museum, the Great Market Hall and the Danube.

With three separate bedrooms, a large living room and sleeping space for up to 12 guests, the apartment is an excellent choice for larger families, groups of friends or business travelers exploring Budapest together.

The Space

This spacious apartment measures approximately 109 m² and includes three separate bedrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, one bathroom and an additional separate guest toilet.

• Living room: One sofa beds and two single bed for 4 guests

The apartment can accommodate a maximum of 12 registered guests.

Fresh bed linen and towels are provided for every registered arriving guest.

The apartment does not include private parking.

Paid public parking may be available on the surrounding streets, subject to availability and local parking regulations. Public parking garages can also be found within walking distance.

Guest Registration

In accordance with Hungarian regulations, every guest must be registered. All guests are required to provide the necessary personal information and a valid identification document. The guest registration process is completed online before arrival.

Maximum Occupancy

The apartment can accommodate a maximum of 12 registered guests using the existing beds and sofa beds.

Unregistered visitors or additional overnight guests are not permitted without prior approval.

Smoking

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment.

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Parties & Events

Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Please respect the neighbors and keep noise to a minimum, particularly during nighttime hours.

Children

Children are welcome. The apartment does not guarantee baby cots or additional beds, so please contact us before booking if you are traveling with an infant.

If you have any special requirements, please inform us in advance. We will do our best to assist, but special requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

Starter Supplies

We provide a starter supply of:

If these supplies run out during your stay, guests are responsible for purchasing additional items.
