Welcome to Lili Apartman, a compact and comfortable accommodation located in Siófok’s peaceful Foki-hegy area. Featuring a private terrace with a pool view, access to a shared outdoor swimming pool and private parking, the apartment is an excellent choice for couples or small families of up to 3 guests.

The Space

This approximately 33 m² apartment has a combined living and sleeping area, a small kitchenette, a private bathroom and a furnished terrace.

Sleeping Arrangements

The living and sleeping area contains:

• One sofa bed suitable for 1 additional guest

Both sleeping arrangements are located in the same room. The apartment does not have a separate enclosed bedroom.

Fresh bed linen and towels are provided for every registered guest.

Swimming Pool & Shared Facilities

Guests can use the residential complex’s shared outdoor leisure facilities, which include:

• A communal outdoor swimming pool
• A children’s playground
• Table tennis
• A volleyball area
• A shared garden barbecue area

The swimming pool and other outdoor facilities are shared with residents and other guests. Their operation and availability may depend on the season, weather conditions and the residential complex’s rules.

Use of the shared barbecue area may require advance arrangement.

Children must always be supervised by an adult around the swimming pool and playground.

Guest Access

Guests have private use of the apartment and its furnished terrace throughout their stay. One locked storage cabinet is reserved for the property management team and is not available for guest use.

The swimming pool, playground and other outdoor recreational areas are shared facilities within the residential complex.

The apartment is located on the first floor of Building D. It is not wheelchair accessible, and guests with reduced mobility should contact us before booking to confirm whether the accommodation is suitable for their needs.

Lili Apartman is located in Siófok’s Foki-hegy neighborhood, within comfortable walking distance of the shore of Lake Balaton.

The free beach at Ezüstpart can be reached in approximately 10–13 minutes on foot.

Parking

One private on-site parking space is available for guests arriving by car.

Please provide your vehicle details before arrival if requested for access or parking registration.

Guest Registration

In accordance with Hungarian regulations, every guest must be registered. All guests are required to provide the necessary personal information and a valid identification document. The guest registration process is completed online before arrival.

Maximum Occupancy

The apartment can accommodate a maximum of 3 registered guests. Unregistered visitors or additional overnight guests are not permitted without prior approval.

Children

Children are welcome. A baby cot may be available upon advance request, subject to availability and confirmation.

Parents and guardians are fully responsible for supervising children, especially around the swimming pool, terrace and playground.

Smoking

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment.

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Parties & Events

Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Please respect the residents and other guests and observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 9:00 AM.

Starter Supplies

We provide a starter supply of:

• shower gel
• Toilet paper
• Hand wash
• Dishwasher liquid

If these supplies run out during your stay, guests are responsible for purchasing additional items.

Fresh towels and bed linen are provided for every registered arriving guest.
