With two bedrooms, Lake Balaton views and access to the complex’s shared pools and private waterfront area, the apartment is an excellent choice for families or groups of up to 6 guests.

The Space

This approximately 77 m² apartment features an open-plan living room and kitchen, two separate bedrooms and comfortable sleeping arrangements for a maximum of six guests.

Fresh bed linen and towels are provided for every registered guest.

The pools and other outdoor facilities are shared with residents and other guests. Their availability may depend on the season, weather conditions and the residential complex’s operating rules.

Children must always be supervised by an adult around the pools, waterfront and playground.

Guest Access

Guests have exclusive access to:

• The entire apartment
• The private balcony
• The private fenced garden area

The swimming pools, playground, waterfront and other common areas are shared facilities within the residential complex.

The apartment is located on the first floor of Building A. It is not wheelchair accessible, and guests with reduced mobility should contact us before booking to confirm whether the accommodation is suitable for their needs.

Mandatory Guest Registration

Hungarian regulations require every guest to be registered before arrival. Each guest must provide the requested personal information and present a valid identification document, such as a passport, identity card or driving licence, through the required digital registration process.

Arrival and access instructions can only be provided after the required registration has been completed.

Vehicle Registration

As the apartment is located inside a gated residential complex, the following information must be provided before arrival:

• The names of all arriving guests
• Vehicle type
• Vehicle registration number

This information is required for entry through the complex’s controlled gate.

Maximum Occupancy

The apartment can accommodate a maximum of 6 registered guests. Unregistered visitors or additional overnight guests are not permitted without prior approval.

Smoking

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment.

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Parties & Events

Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Please respect the residents and other guests and follow the residential complex’s quiet-time and community rules.

Children

Children are welcome. Parents and guardians are fully responsible for supervising children, especially around the swimming pools, waterfront, balcony and playground.

Starter Supplies

We provide a starter supply of:

• shower gel
• Toilet paper
• Hand wash
• Dishwasher soap

If these supplies run out during your stay, guests are responsible for purchasing additional items.

Fresh towels and bed linen are provided for every registered arriving guest.
