Maximum Occupancy & Bed Arrangement

The apartment accommodates a maximum of 4 registered guests:

• 2 guests in the separate bedroom
• 2 guests in the open gallery sleeping area

Both sleeping areas contain a double bed.

Guest Registration

In accordance with Hungarian regulations, every guest must be registered. All guests are required to provide the necessary personal information and a valid identification document. The guest registration process is completed online before arrival.

Parking

The apartment does not include private or on-site parking. Guests arriving by car should use public parking or a nearby parking garage, subject to availability, local regulations, and applicable fees.

Smoking

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment.

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Parties & Events

Parties, events, bachelor parties, and similar gatherings are strictly prohibited.

Please respect the building’s residents and observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

Children & Additional Beds

Children of all ages are welcome within the apartment’s maximum occupancy.

Please consider the open gallery arrangement when booking with young children. Baby cots and additional beds are not available at this property.

A starter supply of shower gel, toilet paper, and hand wash is provided upon arrival. If these supplies run out during the stay, guests are responsible for purchasing their own refills.
