Welcome to Rózsa Apartments – Mira, a spacious and comfortably furnished apartment managed by IMMOCTO in Budapest’s central Terézváros district. With two bedrooms, a living room with a sofa bed, air conditioning, and a fully equipped kitchen, it is an excellent choice for families, groups of friends, and business travelers.

The Space

This approximately 60 m² apartment can accommodate up to 6 registered guests.

The apartment has a strict maximum occupancy of 6 registered guests, including children. The sleeping arrangement consists of one double bed in each of the two bedrooms and one two-person sofa bed in the living room.

Guest Access

Guests have exclusive access to the entire Mira apartment throughout their stay. Only you and the other registered members of your group will use the accommodation.

Detailed arrival and access instructions will be provided before check-in.

Please note that the building does not have an elevator. Guests must be comfortable using the stairs to access the apartment.

The apartment is not wheelchair accessible.

Nyugati pályaudvar station on Metro Line M3 is also within walking distance.

Tram, Trolleybus & Bus

Several trolleybus and bus services operate near Rózsa Street, providing convenient connections to the city center, Heroes’ Square, City Park, and other parts of Budapest.

Tram lines 4 and 6 can be accessed around Oktogon and Nyugati Railway Station.

Train

Nyugati Railway Station is the nearest major railway terminal and provides domestic and international train services, as well as metro, tram, and bus connections.

Airport Access

Budapest Ferenc Liszt International Airport can be reached by taxi, private transfer, or public transportation.

Guests using public transportation can travel toward Deák Ferenc Square and connect with the direct 100E airport bus.

Walking

The House of Terror Museum, Andrássy Avenue, Oktogon, Nyugati Railway Station, Westend Shopping Centre, Heroes’ Square, and City Park can be reached on foot.

Walking times depend on the selected route and individual pace.

Valid government-issued photo identification and a payment card may be required. Guests under the age of 18 may check in only with a parent or official guardian.

Guest Registration

In accordance with Hungarian regulations, every guest must be registered. All guests are required to provide the necessary personal information and a valid identification document. The guest registration process is completed online before arrival.

Parking

Private parking is not included with the apartment.

Street parking in the surrounding area may be limited and subject to local restrictions and charges. Guests arriving by car should check current parking conditions or arrange a nearby public parking garage independently.

Smoking

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment and throughout the building’s enclosed shared areas.

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Parties & Events

Parties, events, bachelor parties, and similar gatherings are strictly prohibited. Please respect the neighbors and observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

Children & Baby Cots

Children of all ages are welcome.

If you require a baby cot, please contact us before arrival. A cot is available only when specifically confirmed by the property manager and cannot be guaranteed automatically.

Extra beds cannot be added beyond the apartment’s existing sleeping arrangements.

Special Requests

If you have any special requirements, please contact us before arrival. We will do our best to accommodate them whenever possible, subject to availability.

We provide a starter pack of shower gel, toilet paper, hand wash, and dishwashing supplies. If these supplies run out, guests are responsible for purchasing any additional products required during their stay. Towels are provided for every registered arriving guest.
