Welcome to Tailor Apartment in the Center, a spacious and individually decorated apartment managed by IMMOCTO in the heart of Budapest. Located on Petőfi Sándor Street, close to Váci Street, the Great Synagogue, and the Danube, it is an excellent choice for families, groups of friends, and business travelers.

The Space

This approximately 55 m² apartment can accommodate up to 6 registered guests.

• A sofa bed for two guests in the living room, located beneath the gallery

The apartment has a strict maximum occupancy of 6 registered guests, including children. The sleeping arrangement consists of one double bed in the separate bedroom, one double bed on the gallery, and one two-person sofa bed beneath the gallery in the living room.

Guest Access

Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment throughout their stay. Only you and the other registered members of your group will use the accommodation.

Self-check-in is available, allowing guests to access the apartment independently using the instructions provided before arrival.

The building is equipped with an elevator.

Gallery

One of the double beds is located on an elevated gallery level accessed by internal stairs.

The gallery and its stairs may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising children when using the gallery and internal stairs.

The apartment is not wheelchair accessible.

Guest Registration

In accordance with Hungarian regulations, every guest must be registered. All guests are required to provide the necessary personal information and a valid identification document. The guest registration process is completed online before arrival.

Parking

Private parking is not included with the apartment.

Paid street parking is available in the surrounding area, subject to local parking regulations and availability. Public parking garages can also be found within walking distance.

Smoking

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment and throughout the building’s enclosed shared areas.

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Parties & Events

Parties, events, bachelor parties, and similar gatherings are strictly prohibited. Please respect the neighbors and observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

Children & Baby Cots

Children of all ages are welcome.

Baby cots and extra beds are not available at this property. The maximum occupancy cannot be increased beyond the apartment’s existing sleeping arrangements.

Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising children around the gallery and internal stairs.

Special Requests

If you have any special requirements, please contact us before arrival. We will do our best to accommodate them whenever possible, subject to availability.

We provide a starter pack of shower gel, toilet paper, hand wash, and dishwashing supplies. If these supplies run out, guests are responsible for purchasing any additional products required during their stay. Towels are provided for every registered arriving guest.
