IMCT - Green Home Apartment

Welcome to Green Home Apartment, a modern and comfortable accommodation managed by IMMOCTO in the peaceful town of Törökbálint, just outside Budapest. A well-equipped kitchen, and convenient road connections, it is an excellent choice for couples, families, friends, and business travelers arriving by car.

The Space

This approximately 45 m² one-bedroom apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests.

The apartment features:

• One separate bedroom with a comfortable double bed
• A double sofa bed in the living room
• A spacious living and dining area
• A cable TV
• A fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, stovetop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, cookware, and essential kitchen utensils
• One private bathroom with a shower, hairdryer, washbasin, and complimentary toiletries
• Air conditioning for comfort during warmer months
• Free Wi-Fi
• A washing machine and clothes dryer
• Ironing facilities
• A private entrance
• A smoke detector

Fresh towels and bed linen are provided for every registered guest.

Please note that the apartment is not wheelchair accessible and is not recommended for seniors or guests with significantly reduced mobility.

Guest Access

Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment throughout their stay. Only you and the other registered members of your family or group will use the accommodation.

Independent access is provided, and detailed arrival instructions will be sent before check-in.

Parking

The apartment does not have a dedicated parking spot. Parking is available on the street but my be subject to a fee.

The apartment is professionally managed by IMMOCTO. We are available every day and happy to assist before and during your stay. Messages are answered as quickly as possible to help ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.

For urgent matters, please contact us by phone between 8:00 PM and 8:00 AM only in the event of an emergency.

Neighborhood

Green Home Apartment is situated on Munkácsy Mihály Street in Törökbálint, a quiet residential town west of Budapest.

The location is especially convenient for guests who prefer peaceful surroundings, need easy access to the M0, M1, or M7 motorways, or are visiting businesses and commercial areas around Budaörs and Törökbálint.

Getting Around

By Car

The apartment is well positioned for reaching Budapest, Budaörs, Érd, and other destinations around the western side of the capital.

The M0, M1, and M7 motorways are easily accessible. Central Budapest can typically be reached in approximately 20–30 minutes by car, depending on traffic.

Train

Törökbálint Railway Station is approximately a four-minute drive from the apartment.

Rail services provide connections toward Budapest and surrounding towns. Please check the current timetable before traveling.

Bus

Regional bus services connect Törökbálint with Kelenföld Railway Station and other areas of Budapest. From Kelenföld, guests can continue by Metro Line M4, tram, train, or bus.

Airport Access

Budapest Ferenc Liszt International Airport can be reached by taxi, private transfer, or car. Travel time is generally around 30–40 minutes, depending on traffic.

Public transportation is also possible but requires transfers, so guests carrying substantial luggage may find a taxi or private transfer more convenient.

Walking

Local bakeries, cafés, and some everyday services are within walking distance. A car or public transportation is recommended for visiting central Budapest and the wider region.

Please inform us of your expected arrival time before your stay. Detailed independent-access instructions will be provided prior to arrival.

Valid government-issued photo identification and a payment card or security deposit may be required. Special requests are subject to availability and may involve additional charges.

Guest Registration

In accordance with Hungarian regulations, every guest must be registered. All guests are required to provide the necessary personal information and a valid identification document. The guest registration process is completed online before arrival.

Smoking

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. A designated outdoor smoking area may be used where permitted.

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Parties & Events

Parties, events, bachelor parties, and similar gatherings are strictly prohibited. Please respect the residential neighborhood and observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

Children & Baby Cots

Children are welcome.

If you require a baby cot, please contact us before your arrival. We will do our best to find a suitable solution, but availability cannot be guaranteed.

Special Requests

If you have any special requirements, please let us know in advance. We will do our best to accommodate them whenever possible.

We provide a starter pack of shower gel, toilet paper, hand wash, and dishwasher soap. If these products run out, guests are responsible for purchasing any additional supplies required during their stay. Towels are provided for every registered arriving guest.
