Welcome to Rózsa Apartments – Jeremy B, a cozy and fully equipped private studio managed by IMMOCTO in Budapest’s central 6th district. Located close to Andrássy Avenue, the House of Terror Museum, Nyugati Railway Station, and City Park, it is a convenient choice for couples, solo travelers, and business guests.

The Space

This approximately 28 m² studio apartment is designed for a maximum of 2 guests.

The apartment features:

The studio is located on th 3rd level and may not be suitable for guests requiring wheelchair or completely step-free access.

Guest Access

Guests have exclusive access to the entire Jeremy B studio throughout their stay. The accommodation itself is not shared with other guests.

The building’s entrance, courtyard, and access corridors are shared with residents and guests staying in the other Rózsa Apartments units.

Detailed arrival and access instructions will be provided before check-in.

The apartment is professionally managed by IMMOCTO. We are available every day and happy to assist before and during your stay. Messages are answered as quickly as possible to help ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.

For urgent matters, please contact us by phone between 8:00 PM and 8:00 AM only in the event of an emergency.

Additional services such as airport transfers, luggage storage, extra towels, additional cleaning, or laundry assistance may be available for an extra charge and must be arranged in advance.

Kodály körönd and Vörösmarty utca stations on Metro Line M1 are within walking distance.

Metro Line M1 provides direct connections to the Hungarian State Opera, Deák Ferenc Square, Heroes’ Square, City Park, and Széchenyi Thermal Bath.

Nyugati pályaudvar station on Metro Line M3 can also be reached on foot.

Tram, Bus & Trolleybus

The 4 and 6 tram lines operate near Nyugati Railway Station and provide frequent connections across central Budapest, including services during the night.

Several trolleybus routes operate around Rózsa Street, providing convenient connections to City Park, Keleti Railway Station, and the surrounding districts.

Train

Nyugati Railway Station is within walking distance and provides national railway connections and access to additional public transport services.

Airport Access

Budapest Ferenc Liszt International Airport is approximately 15 kilometres from the apartment.

The airport can be reached by taxi, private transfer, or public transportation. Guests can use Metro Line M3 and connect with an airport bus or travel to Deák Ferenc Square for the direct 100E airport service.

A paid airport transfer may also be arranged in advance, subject to availability.

Walking

The House of Terror Museum and Andrássy Avenue are only a short walk away. Heroes’ Square, City Park, the Hungarian State Opera, Oktogon, and Westend Shopping Center can also be reached comfortably on foot.

Parking

Private parking is not available at the apartment. Paid street parking and public parking garages can be found in the surrounding area. Availability, payment periods, and charges may vary.

Guest Registration

In accordance with Hungarian regulations, every guest must be registered. All guests are required to provide the necessary personal information and a valid identification document. The guest registration process is completed online before arrival.

Smoking

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the studio and throughout the building’s enclosed shared areas.

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Parties & Events

Parties, events, bachelor parties, and similar gatherings are strictly prohibited. Please respect the residents and guests in the neighboring apartments and observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

Children & Baby Cots

The studio is designed for a maximum of two registered guests.

A baby cot is not normally provided in Jeremy B. If you are traveling with an infant, please contact us before booking so that we can confirm whether a suitable arrangement is possible.

Special Requests

If you have any special requests, please contact us before arrival. We will do our best to assist whenever possible, although requests are subject to availability and may involve additional charges.

We provide a starter pack of shower gel, toilet paper, hand wash, and dishwashing supplies. If these products run out, guests are responsible for purchasing any additional supplies required during their stay. Towels are provided for every registered arriving guest.
