Welcome to Appartamento Quattroporte, a spacious two-level apartment managed by IMMOCTO in Budapest’s Zugló district. With two bedrooms, generous living areas, a well-equipped kitchen, and convenient connections to the city center, it is an excellent choice for families, groups of friends, and business travelers.

The Space

This approximately 62 m² apartment is arranged over two internal levels and can accommodate up to 6 guests.

The lower level contains the living room, dining area, and kitchen, while the two bedrooms are located upstairs for greater separation and privacy.

Please note that internal stairs connect the apartment’s two levels. The property may therefore not be suitable for guests with significantly reduced mobility, and young children must be supervised around the staircase.

Several frequent bus services operate along Thököly Road, including routes connecting the apartment with Keleti Railway Station, Astoria, Ferenciek Square, and the city center.

Trolleybus services also provide convenient access to City Park, Heroes’ Square, and surrounding neighborhoods.

Train

Keleti Railway Station is approximately a 14-minute walk from the apartment and provides national and international rail connections.

Airport Access

Budapest Ferenc Liszt International Airport is approximately 12 kilometres from the property. It can be reached by taxi, private transfer, or public transportation.

Guests using public transport can travel to Keleti Railway Station and connect with metro and airport bus services.

Walking

Puskás Arena and Keleti Railway Station can be reached on foot. Heroes’ Square is approximately 1.8 kilometres away, while City Park and its museums and recreational attractions are also within walking distance.

Parking

The apartment does not include guaranteed private parking. Paid public parking may be available in the surrounding streets. Please check the applicable parking signs and payment periods carefully.

Public parking garages may also be available near Keleti Railway Station and Puskás Arena.

Please inform us of your expected arrival time before your stay. Guests may be required to present valid photo identification and a payment card during check-in.

In accordance with Hungarian regulations, every guest must be registered. All guests are required to provide the necessary personal information and a valid identification document. The guest registration process is completed online before arrival.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment.

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Parties & Events

Parties, events, bachelor parties, and similar gatherings are strictly prohibited. Please respect our neighbors and observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

Children & Baby Cots

Children of all ages are welcome.

A baby cot for children up to 2 years old may be provided free of charge when requested in advance and subject to availability. Extra beds cannot be provided.

Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising young children around the apartment’s internal staircase.

Special Requests

If you have any special requests, please contact us before your arrival. We will do our best to accommodate them whenever possible. Special requests are subject to availability and may involve additional charges.

We provide a starter pack of shower gel, toilet paper, hand wash, and dishwasher soap. If these supplies run out, guests are responsible for purchasing any additional products required during their stay. Towels are provided for every registered arriving guest.
