The apartment door is locked and unlocked using a smart lock. To operate the lock, guests must download the required application and register in it before arrival.

The building is equipped with an elevator, making access to the apartment more convenient.

Independent access is provided, and detailed arrival instructions will be sent before check-in.

Parties, events, bachelor parties, and similar gatherings are strictly prohibited. Please respect our neighbors and observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

Children & Baby Cots

Children of all ages are welcome. However, baby cots and extra beds cannot be provided at this property.

The apartment’s maximum occupancy is three registered guests.

Special Requests

If you have any special requests, please contact us before your arrival. We will do our best to accommodate them whenever possible, although special requests are subject to availability and may involve additional charges.

We provide a starter pack of shower gel, toilet paper, hand wash, and dishwashing supplies. If these items run out, guests are responsible for purchasing any additional products required during their stay. Towels are provided for every registered arriving guest.
