Welcome to MSpirit Apartman Siófok, a spacious, internally two-level holiday apartment managed by IMMOCTO near Lake Balaton. With two terraces, pool and garden views, family-friendly facilities, and access to a seasonal swimming pool, it is an excellent choice for families and groups of friends.

The Space

This recently renovated apartment offers approximately 60 m² of space and can accommodate up to 6 guests.

The apartment’s internal two-level arrangement separates the living and sleeping areas, providing additional comfort for families and groups.

Please note that internal stairs connect the apartment’s two levels. Baby safety gates and child-safe electrical socket covers are provided, but parents remain responsible for supervising children around the stairs.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment throughout their stay.

Swimming Pool

The outdoor swimming pool is a seasonal shared facility and is not available throughout the entire year.

Children must be supervised at all times in and around the swimming pool. Guests must follow all posted pool rules and opening hours.

Food, drinks, glassware, inflatable equipment, and other items may be restricted in the pool area.

Parking

Free private parking is available on-site.

Please provide your vehicle details in advance if requested and park only in the space or area indicated in your arrival instructions.

Újhelyi Beach is approximately a 13-minute walk from the apartment. The Museum of Minerals is approximately 1.8 kilometres away, while Jókai Park is around 2 kilometres from the property.

The supermarket and several everyday services can be reached comfortably on foot.

Train

Siófok Railway Station provides regular connections to Budapest and other destinations around Lake Balaton. The station can be reached by taxi, local transport, or a longer walk.

Bus & Local Transport

Local bus services operate throughout Siófok. Taxi services and electric scooters provide additional options for reaching the beaches, marina, railway station, and entertainment areas.

Airport Access

Hévíz–Balaton Airport is approximately 89 kilometres from the apartment.

Budapest Ferenc Liszt International Airport can be reached by car, taxi, private transfer, or a combination of train and public transportation.

Check-in: Between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM
Check-out: Until 10:00 AM

Please inform us of your expected arrival time before your stay. Arrivals after 8:00 PM must be arranged and confirmed in advance.

Guests under 18 may check in only when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Guest Registration

In accordance with Hungarian regulations, every guest must be registered. All guests are required to provide the necessary personal information and a valid identification document. The guest registration process is completed online before arrival.

Smoking

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment.

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Parties & Events

Parties, events, bachelor parties, and similar gatherings are strictly prohibited. Please respect the other residents and observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 9:00 AM.

Children & Baby Cots

Children of all ages are welcome. The apartment offers several family-friendly amenities, including:

A baby cot for children up to 3 years old may be provided free of charge when requested in advance and subject to availability. Extra beds cannot be provided.

Special Requests

If you have any special requests, please contact us before your arrival. We will do our best to accommodate them whenever possible, although certain requests may involve additional charges.

We provide a starter pack of shower gel, toilet paper, hand wash, and dishwashing supplies. If these supplies run out, guests are responsible for purchasing any additional products required during their stay. Towels are provided for every registered arriving guest.
