Welcome to Art Gallery Apartman, a stylish gallery-style holiday apartment managed by IMMOCTO in Siófok. Located near Lake Balaton and offering access to a swimming pool, landscaped garden, terrace, and family-friendly recreation areas, it is an excellent choice for couples, families, and small groups of friends.

The Space

This recently renovated 33 m² apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests and features a distinctive gallery-style layout with modern furnishings.

The apartment includes:

Fresh towels and bed linen are provided for every registered guest.

Please note that the gallery sleeping level is reached by internal stairs and may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility. Young children must be supervised around the staircase.

Guest Access

Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment throughout their stay.

Registered guests may also use the property’s shared facilities, which include:

Swimming Pool

The outdoor swimming pool is a shared seasonal facility and is not heated year-round. Guests must follow all posted pool regulations and supervise children at all times.

Food, drinks, glassware, and inflatable equipment may be restricted in or around the swimming pool. The pool’s availability cannot be guaranteed outside the summer season.

Parking

One free private parking space is available on-site for guests. Please provide your vehicle information in advance if requested and park only in the designated space.

The apartment is professionally managed by IMMOCTO. We are available every day and happy to assist before and during your stay. Messages are answered as quickly as possible to help ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.

Walking

Újhelyi Beach is approximately a 13-minute walk from the apartment. The lakefront, supermarkets, restaurants, and several local attractions can also be reached on foot.

Train

Siófok Railway Station is approximately 2.5 kilometres away and provides regular connections to Budapest and other destinations around Lake Balaton.

Bus & Local Transport

Local bus services operate throughout Siófok. Taxi services and electric scooters are also available for convenient local travel.

Airport Access

Hévíz–Balaton Airport is approximately 89 kilometres from the apartment.

Budapest Ferenc Liszt International Airport can be reached by car, taxi, private transfer, or a combination of train and public transportation.

Check-in & Check-out

Check-in: Between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM
Check-out: Until 10:00 AM

Please inform us of your expected arrival time before your stay. Arrivals after 8:00 PM must be agreed upon in advance and cannot be guaranteed without confirmation.

Guests under 18 may check in only when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Guest Registration

In accordance with Hungarian regulations, every guest must be registered. All guests are required to provide the necessary personal information and a valid identification document. The guest registration process is completed online before arrival.

Smoking

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment.

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Parties & Events

Parties, events, bachelor parties, and similar gatherings are strictly prohibited. Please respect the other residents and observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 9:00 AM.

Children & Baby Cots

Children of all ages are welcome. However, baby cots and extra beds cannot be provided.

Parents are responsible for supervising children around the gallery staircase, balcony, swimming pool, playground, and all shared outdoor facilities.

Special Requests

If you have any special requests, please contact us before your arrival. We will do our best to accommodate them whenever possible, although certain requests may involve additional charges.

We provide a starter pack of shower gel, toilet paper, hand wash, and dishwashing supplies. If these supplies run out, guests are responsible for purchasing any additional products required during their stay. Towels are provided for every registered arriving guest.
