Welcome to Azure Apartman Siófok, a recently renovated holiday apartment managed by IMMOCTO near the shores of Lake Balaton. With a private veranda, pool and garden views, free parking, and access to a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, it is a comfortable choice for couples, families, and small groups of friends.

The Space

This approximately 40 m² one-bedroom apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests.

The apartment features:

The apartment is situated on the first floor of Building D.

Guest Access

Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment throughout their stay.

The swimming pool, bar, and other outdoor facilities are shared with other residents and guests. Their availability may depend on the season, weather, and property regulations.

Swimming Pool

The outdoor swimming pool is a seasonal shared facility and is not available throughout the entire year.

Children must be supervised at all times, as the swimming pool may not be separated by a locked safety fence. Guests must follow all posted pool rules and opening times.

Glassware, food, drinks, inflatable equipment, and other items may be restricted in the pool area.

Parking

Free private parking is available on-site.

Please provide your vehicle information in advance if requested and park only in the space or area indicated in your arrival instructions. Although parking is included, spaces may not always be individually numbered.

The apartment is professionally managed by IMMOCTO. We are available every day and happy to assist before and during your stay. Messages are answered as quickly as possible to help ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.

Újhelyi Beach is approximately a 13-minute walk from the apartment. Siófok city center can be reached in approximately 20–25 minutes on foot.

Train

Siófok Railway Station is approximately 2.4 kilometres from the apartment and provides regular connections to Budapest and other towns around Lake Balaton.

Bus & Local Transport

Local bus services operate throughout Siófok. Taxis and electric scooters provide additional options for traveling to the city center, beaches, marina, and entertainment areas.

Airport Access

Hévíz–Balaton Airport is approximately 89 kilometres from the property.

Budapest Ferenc Liszt International Airport can be reached by car, taxi, private transfer, or a combination of train and public transportation.

Check-out: Until 10:00 AM

Please inform us of your expected arrival time before your stay. Arrivals after 8:00 PM must be arranged and confirmed in advance.

Guests under 18 may check in only when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Guest Registration

In accordance with Hungarian regulations, every guest must be registered. All guests are required to provide the necessary personal information and a valid identification document. The guest registration process is completed online before arrival.

Smoking

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment.

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Parties & Events

Parties, events, bachelor parties, and similar gatherings are strictly prohibited. Please respect the other residents and observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 9:00 AM.

Children & Baby Cots

Children of all ages are welcome. However, baby cots and extra beds cannot be provided.

Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising children around the balcony, swimming pool, playground, outdoor fireplace, and all shared recreational areas.

Special Requests

If you have any special requests, please contact us before your arrival. We will do our best to accommodate them whenever possible, although certain requests may involve additional charges.

We provide a starter pack of shower gel, toilet paper, hand wash, and dishwashing supplies. If these supplies run out, guests are responsible for purchasing any additional products required during their stay. Towels are provided for every registered arriving guest.
