Welcome to Beautiful Home at Basilica 1, a spacious two-level apartment managed by IMMOCTO in the center of Budapest. Located on Bajcsy-Zsilinszky Street, within walking distance of St. Stephen’s Basilica, Parliament, and the Hungarian State Opera, the apartment is an excellent choice for families, groups of friends, and business travelers.

The Space

This approximately 57 m² apartment is arranged over two levels and can accommodate up to 6 guests.

The lower level offers a comfortable living and dining area for spending time together, while the upper level contains two adjoining bedrooms.

Please note that the apartment has internal stairs between its two levels. The two bedrooms are adjoining rather than completely independent, which guests should consider when arranging sleeping spaces.

Guest Access

Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment throughout their stay. Only you and the other registered members of your family or group will use the accommodation.

The apartment door is locked and unlocked using a smart lock. To operate the lock, guests must download the required application and register in it before arrival.

Self-check-in is available. Detailed arrival and access instructions will be sent before your stay.

The 4 and 6 tram lines can be accessed around Nyugati Railway Station, approximately seven to nine minutes away on foot. Tram Line 2, which travels along the Danube and passes the Parliament Building, is also within walking distance.

Nyugati Railway Station provides national rail connections and additional public transportation options.

Airport Access

Budapest Ferenc Liszt International Airport can be reached by taxi, private transfer, or public transportation.

Guests traveling by public transport can use Metro Line M3 and connect with an airport bus or walk to Deák Ferenc Square for the direct 100E airport service.

In accordance with Hungarian regulations, every guest must be registered. All guests are required to provide the necessary personal information and a valid identification document. The guest registration process is completed online before arrival.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment and throughout the condominium’s shared interior areas.

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Parties & Events

Parties, events, bachelor parties, and similar gatherings are strictly prohibited. Please respect our neighbors and observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

Children & Baby Cots

Children are welcome. As the bedrooms are located upstairs, parents are responsible for supervising young children around the internal staircase.

If you require a baby cot, please contact us in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but availability cannot be guaranteed.

Special Requests

If you have any special requirements, please let us know before arrival. Special requests are subject to availability, and additional charges may apply.

We provide a starter pack of shower gel, toilet paper, hand wash, and dishwashing supplies. If these items run out, guests are responsible for purchasing any additional products needed during their stay. Towels are provided for every registered arriving guest.
