IMCT - Beautiful Home at Basilica 4

Welcome to Beautiful Home at Basilica 4, a spacious two-level apartment managed by IMMOCTO in the heart of Budapest. Located on Bajcsy-Zsilinszky Street, it provides easy access to St. Stephen’s Basilica, Parliament, the Hungarian State Opera, and many of the city’s restaurants and cultural attractions.

The Space

This approximately 63 m² apartment is arranged over two levels and can accommodate up to 6 guests, making it a convenient choice for families or groups of friends.

The lower level contains the shared living and dining area, while the upper level offers two adjoining sleeping areas for a comfortable night’s rest.

Please note that the apartment has internal stairs, and its two bedrooms are adjoining rather than completely independent. The property is not wheelchair accessible and is not recommended for guests with significantly reduced mobility.

Guest Access

Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment throughout their stay. Only you and the other registered members of your group will use the accommodation.

The apartment door is locked and unlocked using a smart lock. To operate the lock, guests must download the required application and register in it before arrival.

Self-check-in is provided. Detailed access and arrival instructions will be sent before your stay.

Opera station on Metro Line M1 and Deák Ferenc Square, where Metro Lines M1, M2, and M3 meet, are also within walking distance.

Tram, Bus & Train

Several bus and trolleybus routes operate nearby.

The 4 and 6 tram lines can be accessed around Nyugati Railway Station, approximately seven to nine minutes away on foot. Tram Line 2, which follows the Danube and passes Parliament, is also within walking distance.

Nyugati Railway Station provides national rail services and additional public transportation connections.

Airport Access

Budapest Ferenc Liszt International Airport can be reached by taxi, private transfer, or public transportation.

Guests using public transport can travel by Metro Line M3 and connect with an airport bus or walk to Deák Ferenc Square for the direct 100E airport service.

Walking

The apartment is ideally positioned for exploring Budapest on foot. St. Stephen’s Basilica, Parliament, the Hungarian State Opera, Liberty Square, Andrássy Avenue, Chain Bridge, and the Danube are all within comfortable walking distance.

The apartment does not include guaranteed private parking. Paid street parking is available in the surrounding area, and public parking garages can be found within a short walk. Availability and charges may vary.

In accordance with Hungarian regulations, every guest must be registered. All guests are required to provide the necessary personal information and a valid identification document. The guest registration process is completed online before arrival.

Smoking

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment and throughout the condominium’s shared interior areas.

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Parties & Events

Parties, events, bachelor parties, and similar gatherings are strictly prohibited. Please respect our neighbors and observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

Children & Baby Cots

Children are welcome. As the sleeping areas are located upstairs, parents are responsible for supervising young children around the internal staircase.

If you require a baby cot, please contact us in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but availability cannot be guaranteed.

Special Requests

If you have any special requirements, please let us know before arrival. Special requests are subject to availability, and additional charges may apply.

We provide a starter pack of shower gel, toilet paper, hand wash, and dishwashing supplies. If these items run out, guests are responsible for purchasing any additional products needed during their stay. Towels are provided for every registered arriving guest.
