Welcome to Beautiful Home at Basilica 3, a stylish two-level apartment managed by IMMOCTO in the heart of Budapest. Located on Bajcsy-Zsilinszky Street, only a short walk from St. Stephen’s Basilica, the Hungarian State Opera, and the Parliament, it is an excellent choice for couples, families, friends, and business travelers.

The Space

This approximately 34 m² apartment is arranged over two levels and can accommodate up to 4 guests.

The lower level contains the living and dining area, while the upper level provides a separate bedroom for a more peaceful night’s rest.

Please note that stairs connect the apartment’s two internal levels. The property is therefore not wheelchair accessible and may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility.

Guest Access

Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment throughout their stay. Only you and the other registered members of your group will use the accommodation.

The apartment door is locked and unlocked using a smart lock. To operate the lock, guests must download the required application and register in it before arrival.

Self-check-in is available, allowing you to access the apartment independently using the arrival instructions provided before your stay.

Tram, Bus & Train

Several bus and trolleybus services operate nearby. The 4 and 6 tram lines can be accessed around Nyugati Railway Station, approximately seven minutes away on foot.

Tram Line 2, which travels along the Danube and passes the Parliament Building, is also within walking distance.

Airport Access

Budapest Ferenc Liszt International Airport can be reached by taxi, private transfer, or public transportation.

Guests using public transport can take Metro Line M3 and connect with the airport bus, or walk to Deák Ferenc Square for the direct 100E airport service.

Walking

The apartment’s excellent central location makes it possible to explore much of Budapest on foot. St. Stephen’s Basilica, the Hungarian State Opera, Parliament, Liberty Square, Andrássy Avenue, and the Danube are all within comfortable walking distance.

Parking

The apartment does not include reserved private parking. Paid street parking is available in the surrounding area, and several public parking garages can be found within a short walk. Availability and charges may vary.

Guest Registration

In accordance with Hungarian regulations, every guest must be registered. All guests are required to provide the necessary personal information and a valid identification document. The guest registration process is completed online before arrival.

Smoking

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment and throughout the condominium’s shared interior areas.

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Parties & Events

Parties, events, bachelor parties, and similar gatherings are strictly prohibited. Please respect our neighbors and observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

Children & Baby Cots

Children are welcome. As the apartment is arranged over two levels with internal stairs, parents are responsible for supervising young children at all times.

If you require a baby cot, please contact us in advance. We will do our best to assist, but availability cannot be guaranteed.

Special Requests

If you have any special requests, please let us know before your arrival. We will do our best to accommodate them whenever possible.

We provide a starter pack of shower gel, toilet paper, hand wash, and dishwashing supplies. If these items run out, guests are responsible for purchasing any additional products needed during their stay. Towels are provided for every registered arriving guest.
