Welcome to Dizsu’s Place Budapest, a modern and well-equipped apartment managed by IMMOCTO in the vibrant center of Budapest. With two bedrooms and a highly convenient location near Andrássy Avenue, the Hungarian State Opera, restaurants, cafés, and nightlife, the apartment is an excellent choice for families, couples, friends, and business travelers.

The Space

This approximately 45 m² apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests and provides a comfortable setting for both short visits and longer stays.

The bathroom includes an enhanced selection of starter toiletries, such as shower gel, shampoo, hand wash, body lotion, makeup remover, and a toothbrush set.

Fresh towels and bed linen are provided for every registered guest.

Guest Access

Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment throughout their stay, ensuring complete privacy and independence.

The apartment door is locked and unlocked using a smart lock. To operate the lock, guests must download the required application and register in it before arrival.

Please note that the apartment is reached by stairs and the building does not have an elevator. Guests should consider this when traveling with heavy luggage or limited mobility.

Metro

Opera station on Metro Line M1 and Oktogon station are both within convenient walking distance.

Deák Ferenc Square, which provides access to Metro Lines M1, M2, and M3, can also be reached on foot.

Tram & Bus

The 4 and 6 tram lines operate near Oktogon and provide frequent connections across central Budapest, including services throughout the night.

Several bus and trolleybus routes are also available in the surrounding streets.

Airport Access

Budapest Ferenc Liszt International Airport is approximately 14 kilometres from the apartment. It can be reached by taxi, private transfer, or public transportation.

The direct 100E airport bus can be accessed from Deák Ferenc Square, which is within walking distance of the property.

Walking

The apartment’s central location makes it easy to explore Budapest on foot. The Hungarian State Opera, Andrássy Avenue, Dohány Street Synagogue, St. Stephen’s Basilica, and many city-center attractions can be reached comfortably without public transportation.

Parking

The apartment does not include private parking. Paid public parking and parking garages may be available in the surrounding area. Availability and charges can vary.

Guest Registration

In accordance with Hungarian regulations, every guest must be registered. All guests are required to provide the necessary personal information and a valid identification document. The guest registration process is completed online before arrival.

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Parties & Events

Parties, events, bachelor parties, and similar gatherings are strictly prohibited. Please respect our neighbors and observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

Children & Baby Cots

Children of all ages are welcome. A baby cot for children up to 3 years old may be provided free of charge when requested in advance and subject to availability.

Extra beds cannot be provided.

Special Requests

If you have any special requests, please contact us before your arrival. We will do our best to accommodate them whenever possible.

We provide a starter selection of shower gel, toilet paper, hand wash, and dishwasher soap. If these supplies run out, guests are responsible for purchasing any additional products required during their stay. Towels are provided for every registered arriving guest.
